Raman has in the past questioned why Ishita isn't Adi and ruhi's 'asli maa'. I hate the dialogues spoken again and again in the current track. Everyone does. And the term 'asli maa' keeps coming up.

But that's it isn't it?in the past, When Adi is willingly taken in by Ishita despite knowing that means also giving shelter to Shagun, Raman and Ishita have this poignant scene where he laments, 'why can't you be his real mother?' And this happens again shortly after, when he then realises, that's unimportant, because you are 'Ishima'.

And that for me is where the positive spin in all this overt crudeness lies. The silver lining. Ishita, once Raman realises that the 'asli maa' tag is irrelevant, because Ishita surpasses that, becomes more than someone who needs blood ties with a child. Up until this point, yes, he knows Ruhi is Ishita's world. The apple of her eye, the spring in her step, the sparkle in her eyes.

But until this point it's because she is childless, and Ruhi and Ishita fell in love; and as far as they knew then, will remain so. So Ruhi becomes her whole existence. Adi on the other hand was someone who was filled with hatred, and despite this Ishita was and continues now to be the mother Shagun cannot be in a thousand lifetimes. It recently occurred to me therefore that the 'asli ma' taunt is actually irrelevant, and it's because Raman thinks it's irrelevant. Raman himself doesn't care about the whole 'asli ma' of it all. He never did. He doesn't now. And that's why he flings this taunt left, riight and centre so easily. Because Ishita was never the 'asli ma' and he loved her all the more for it.

Therefore, the term is redundant. Inapplicable. So that's why Raman uses it. It has no meaning. Because the wonder of Ishita is that she will give her life a thousand times over for his children, and she has done that.

So for me, the silver lining lies in the idea that the words coming out of Raman's mouth he actually counts as empty himself. For him they have no meaning, and so he uses them easily. I've said it before, I'll say it again, Raman is burning, festering in anger, guilt and jealousy and he is lashing out. But the truth is, for Raman, after realising the beauty of the fact that Ishita isn't Ruhi and Adi 's 'asli ma', he fell even deeper in love with her.

From then on we never see him wishing she was their real mother. Because that is where the beauty of her lies. The fact that she isn't their real mother.

I'm sorry I didn't make any sense to you.

I'm trying to say that the idea of Ishita being the 'asli ma' the one that has birthed the child doesn't matter to Raman because the fact that Ishita is nit the real mother is where the beauty of her lies. She isn't the real mother, yet she loves more than Shagun, the real mother.

And that's why the taunt itself is irrelevant.

I love that you told me straight away I made no sense, if others think that I may scrap it or rewrite it 😆

Ramans asli maa tag can have different meaning...but I strongly believe he is in denial and comparing ishita with Shagun...shags has scored points as she was there with kids for seven years...but Raman is not realizing he himself broke his family and the sole problem is his anger...even if shags is married to Raman she can never be his WIFE...in the first place marriage won't happen that's sure...but I liked your point of ramans asli maa meaning...u say he is uttering as for him they don't mean anything but ishita is just not in a state to understand his feelings as she has lost her children and is on the verge of losing her love of life , her hubby...which is painful...plz don't scrap the write-up...this shows you are an extremely optimistic person...which is rare and I appreciate it

reswa

and in the meantime, go watch new long OLV - lots of drunk Biwi messing with Puttar in what looks to be a honeymoon suite. A scene we've wanted for so long is coming (with stupid separation hanging over everyone's head *eye roll*) ❤️😔

I've had few life experiences showing me finding the silver lining in every aspect of life is important, so I'm always going to be positive 😊

i totally agree with the denial, we saw how appreciative of ishita's upbringing he was for Adi in jail.

thank you for your kind words😳
