Part -23
The night continues..
Raman was resting his head on headboard closing his eyes while ishita's head rested on his chest.Both were closing their eyes feeling each others proximity.
Ishita was caressing his right cheek with her left hand when he held it ,intertwined his fingers in her and kissed back of his palm and called her.
R-ishita.
I-humm.
R-had you slept .
I-nope.
R-should I ask you something.
I-humm.
R-first promise me you will answer it truely .
I-humm.
R-no first you promise me.
I-ok.
R-i m ten years older than you.
I-humm.
R-and he was fifteen yrs older than you.
Ishita immediately opened her eyes and see him with questioning eyes.
R-ishita you promised me u will answer truely.
She didn't respond him but continues looking at him.Raman spoke.
R-ishita you said that you feel dirty whenever he wanted to touch you.
A pin drop silence crept in the room.both looked each other with out blinking their eyes.after some moments ishita closed her eyes ,took a long breath and said"continue".
R-i m not much more younger than him ,how do you feel when I touch you.
She opened her eyes ,took his hands on her ,raised them to caress her cheeks and closed her eyes to feel his touch.After that she asked "did you got your answer or I have to speak".
Raman pulled his hands ,side hugged her and said "I want you to describe in words".
I-"soul soothing" its the only word for it.I feel it heavenly. Did you get your answer.
R-humm.
I-now I will ask you something and you will promise me that you will answer it correctly.
R-humm
I-no I want a pakka promise that u will answer my question correctly with out getting angry.
R- humm promise.
I-(pinching his neck)say angel promise.
Raman make disgusting face and said"arey yaar not again .I m going to be your husband now u can call me by name .
I-how could I.
R-why don't you ,come I will teach you.
I-i can learnt that later.now you answer me what I was asking you.
R-ok speak.
She held his hand tightly and said"if you don't love her then why you reacted so weardly that day.why were you angry.".
He was knowing that what she will ask.
R-i always get angry whenever I see her .it doesn't mean that I love her ,but I always get disgusted with me that how can I trust a girl like her.
I-and now .I mean now how will you react whenever you will see her.
R-calmly but you have to be with me.
I-why.
R-i m thankful to her.If she would be there ,I haven't got you.got your answer.
I-one more.
R-what.
Indifference between your love towards me and her.
R(making faces)-is it a quiz contest.
I-no but I want this answer.
R-after yesterday I think ,I had never loved her but that was mere infatuation or you can say that I loved her beauty but I love you.
I-how.
R-because I felt yesterday that leave being alive ,I can't even breath without you .
I- and when she left.
R-i was hell angry.
I-with whom.
R-everyone.its you who have changed me otherwise I was a rude and arrogant man for whom smiling and being happy was a crime.
I-and how I changed you.
R- with your love and care.
After saying so he pulled her to him and said "now if you got your answer ,can I teach you how to call my name."
I-i will call you angel only .
R-no you will call me by my name that is raman.
I-never.I can't.
R-(like teaching her)say ra-- then man .raman easily.
I-i will call you bhallaji as mummy call papaji.
Saying so she pecked his cheek and now an to her room.
He tried to catch her but she was quick enough to escape.He ruffled his hair smiling and layed on bed for a peaceful sleep.
Next morning
She was working in kitchen when simmi and senior bhallas entered the hall.simmi was surprised to see her so early in kitchen.she was about to tell something but before that ishita walked in hall with their morning tea.simmi was amazed with her behavior.she tried to tease ishita.
S-(teasing)-humm ishita not bad.
Toshiji hit her lovingly and said" don't tease her its not new ,it's her daily task.now just watch."
Simmi did same .she was watching ishita aand ishita was completing her daily task whereas toshiji was doing running commentary for simmi.
Ishita looked at the clock and goes to his room for arranging his stuffs,after that she came out and arranged breakfast in dining table then ,pour his tea and went to his room.
Simmi was smiling like an idiot ,listening to her mother's commentary and ishita doing same task.
S-mamma should we peep in.
T-no simmi that's not good,now they are couple.
S-i m very happy for bhai.at last he got true love in his life.
Ishita entered his room and informed about his tea and was leaving the room ,when he called her.she turned and questioned "what " with her eyes.
He showed his tie,she walked to him and started doing her work.while she was tying his knot, he was staring at her .she raised her eyebrows and asked "what".
He wrap his arm around her waist and ordered kiss me.
Her eyes widened in shock ."kya "(what) is the only word escaped from her mouth.He smiled at her reaction and waved his hands to bring back her senses.
R(smiling)- you didn't bid a proper goodnight last night and now you are not wishing me good morning.
I-oh good morning .
Saying so she turned to move but cannot as he was holding her tight.
R-nope u can't go until u grant my wish.
She looked down shyly and said slowly- I m getting late.let me go.
R-today we are going direct to office as we have to announce and invite them for engagement.
I-humm
Saying so she again turned but he agains pulled her.
I-now what.
R-wear that jeans and top.
I(shockingly)no ways papaji is sitting outside.
R-so what ,he didn't bother what you wear.
I-but I do.I don't like wearing them in front of him.
"then you have two options either you kiss me or you wear jeans" Raman said winking.
Ishita made a pleading face but Raman was enjoying her delimma .she stood there for sometime and then kissed her lips gently and was gone.
She was as getting ready when she received a message ,which read "if not jeans then wear saree for me.".
Ishita smiled and gone to her cupboard for picking a grogeous saree for herself.
She came out wearing a simple black ciffon saree.everybody was having their breakfast.
Simmi was first to complement her.
S-umm ,ishita looking Gordy haan.
Ishita looked down shyly.
They left for office after sometime and informed the whole office for their engagement. Everybody congratulated them ,some with happiness and some heavy hearts.
Ishra left for their cabin.Raman wanted to ask something from ishita ,he called her in the intercom,she picked the call but couldn't talk to him as at the same time a girl entered her cabin clapping her hands.
The girl(clapping)well done ishita .what a move .I must appreciat you .we were trying from a long time but never succeeded.
I-(confused)-sorry I didn't get you.what you are talking about.
Girl-(angrily) I m talking about RKB damn it.we all the girls of office are trying but he never gave a glance to us.how on earth he chose you over us.
Raman was listening this on phone as ishita has picked that but can't.he immediately got up from his place then again sat and took the reciever .He want ishita to fight for her love ,so he instead of going to her,listened through reciever and waited for her answer .
On other side ,ishita was little scared with sudden accusations then she composed herself smiled and said"it was very simple.The mighty RKB who looks very rude and angry is very soft from inside.he is very simple man who want only love.so he chose "love over lust" that is "me over you".
The girl was shaken from inside with this sudden and appropriate answer so she again attacked her"how do you know that he loves you .it could be your lust for which he is marrying you."
Ishita laughed a little on the girl for her stupid words and said"then I can only say that beside working for him for long time you know nothing about him.for me if he is not trust worthy then nothing can be trusted.understand ."
"if you have enough of your useless talks can u please leave me ,I had some important work." Ishita again spoke and show her the door.
The girl was gone patting the floor.
On the other side of phone raman smiled on his "jhaasi ki rani "who was ready with her sword.
At the luch time ishra were having their lunch when mihir came and informed about Mr bansals meeting.Both raman and mihir got tensed .ishita asked them why they are so worried its just a meeting.then raman answered .
R-ishita its not just a meeting .its meeting about 1000 crores project and above that it is on tomorrow that is on our engagement day that to not in Delhi but in Mumbai..
Ishita's face fell in next moment ,raman and mihir were also tensed.
After some moments ishita asked "when is the meeting"
M-t we told you tomorrow.
I-at what time.
M-at about 11.00 am.
I-yhen what's the problem.you go today itself ,attend the meeting and came back in evening.function is in evening till then you will come back.like this you can attend both with out loss.
Saying so ishita turned back so that they cannot see tears in her eyes.she wiped them and turned again ,till now both the men were not yet decided anything but were looking at her.
Ishita spoke again"chalo its decided'.
She said holding his hands "come we have to do your packing also.mihir bhai till then arrange his tix and all."
Mihir nodded and ishra were also gone.
In bhalla house Mrs bhalla and simmi were tensed.they were continuously pleading him not to go but ishita make them understand than its a very big deal and he will be back till the time of function.
They were not convinced then also they nodded.
All his packing was done .he was checking his files and papers when she hugged him from behind.her hands were in his chest ,he held them and pulled her in front of himself. He noticed tears in her eyes.
"Jaldi aana (come soon)I will wait for you" saying so she embraced herself in him.he also engulf her in a tight hug.
R- wear that lahenga for me and make sure that I will be the first person to see you in that.
Ishita nodded like a kid.he kissed her forehead ,hugged her again .mihir called him and informed that its time to leave .
Raman took blessings of his parents ,hugged simmi ,instructed ishita to take care of herself and everything and left.simmi came forward and hugged ishita as she knows that though she is behaving strong she will be hell worried from inside.
