Chapter 3
Hello Friends! Here is the next update! This is not proofread so forgive me for any spelling or grammatical mistakes everyone!

IshRa's engagement date was finalised on the coming Sunday of the same week. IshRa were very excited to get tied with each other.
The night before IshRa's engagement...
Ishita's phone started ring. She was on her bed and her lips crept into a curve seeing who was calling her... Her Raavan Kumar!
Ishita - "Hello..."
Raman (angrily) - "Kya hello? I have been calling you since morning, u picked up but u didn't even talk to me properly. Is this how u treat ur would-be husband?"
Ishita - "Hawww... Itna gussa? Thats why I named u Raavan Kumar!"
Raman - "Arghhh... Again Raavan Kumar? How many times I have told u not to call me like that Jhansi Ki Rani? You will get ur punishment for calling me like that after our engagement."
Ishita - "OK baba. Now tell me why u have called?"
Raman - "What kind of question is that? Usually girls want their boyfriends to call and pamper them! That's what I am doing now! Now tell me how was ur day?"
Ishita - "Awww... I have got such a sweet boyfriend! Anyways my buddu Ram you have 4 more years to pamper me like this! So now u don't have to spoil my sleep by pampering me at 11pm!"
Raman (irritatedly) - "OK meri jaan. I won't trouble but at least tell me what u were u supposed to tell my every night before going to sleep."
Ishita - "OK darling! I love you so much! Is that enough?"
Raman & Ishita promised themselves that every night they will tell the three magic words to each other before going to bed.
Raman - "Hmmm... Actually not enough but I will get what I want tomorrow! Good night! Love you more!"
Ishita - "Good night Meri Raavan Kumar!"
Before he could reply her, she cut the call as she knew he will never spare her for calling him Raavan Kumar. She fell asleep thinking of what he wants from her tomorrow.

The morning was filled with noises all around the Bhalla & Iyer House. Vandita groomed Ishita. Ishita was wearing a light blue sari, with a white border, a backless blouse. She put up a minimum amount of make-up and her hair was let loose, covering her back. She was really looking like an Pari (Angel)!
Meanwhile, Raman also wore a light blue sherwani with a white border. He was very excited to meet his wife, his Ishita.
Both the families reached the wedding hall (which was booked for the engagement) on the same time. All of them started to get of the cars. Once Raman got off the car his eyes began to search for his angel! "Where is she?" He murmured under his breath. And there she got off from the car looking no less than an angel to him. Actually she was looking like the most beautiful goddess! Automatically his eyes locked with hers as after she got down she was also looking him! They were lost in their own world of happiness!
Ishita (self-thought) - "Oh my god! He's making me go crazy now! I am so lucky to have such a hot and handsome husband! But I need to stay with him always as I can't afford to see any other girl with him! He's only mine!"
Raman (self-thought) - "OMG!! She's looking so hot today! I have never seen such an elegant lady before! She's making me go crazy now! I am so lucky to have an angel as my wife! But I can't let her go anywhere alone, I can't see any other guy ogling at her! She's only mine!"
Their trance was broken by the sounds of the South Indian music. The engagement was planned to happen in a South Indian style while the marriage in a Punjabi style. Both of them couldn't stop looking at each other. They entered the hall and soon they were were abt to slip their engagement ring into each other's hand. Before that...
Raman - "Ishita before I make u as mine today, I want to promise you some things."
The family members were surprised by his words and wanted to see what he really wanted to say.
Raman - "Ishita, I promise that no matter what happens I will be always with you! I will be always by ur side. I promise that from today onwards you will be my first priority. Ur happiness comes first for me! I promise that I will love you unconditionally forever! From today all my happiness is yours and all your tears are mine! No matter whatever the situation is I will never leave you! I will love you so much that after marriage u will never get a chance to miss ur parents. I promise I will love you till my last..."
Before he could complete, she placed her hand on his mouth with her eyes filled with tears of happiness.
Ishita - "Don't u dare say that Raman! U won't leave me alone! U promised na that u will never leave you? Then why are you saying that? I can't live without you Raman. For me life without you is impossible. The moment I saw u I fell in love with you! And till today, my love for you kept on increasing. I started dreaming of our future. And ur telling me u will leave me and go? I can't live without you, Raman!"
With that IshRa hugged each other tightly oblivious to their surroundings! Both the families were very impressed by Raman's promises and they had tears in their eyes seeing Raman & Ishita's unconditional love for each other.
Raman - "I love you, Ishita!" said hugging her more tightly.
Ishita - "I love you too, Raman!" said hugging him more tightly.
And they broke apart as everyone in the hall started clap! And Raman slipped the ring on Ishita's finger while Ishita did the same. IshRa were so happy as this is one step ahead in their relationship. After this ceremony everybody started to have their lunch. Raman took Ishita to one of the rooms in the hall and locked the door.
Ishita - "Raman, what are u doing? Everybody are outside! What will they think?"
Raman - "Arre... Ur my would-be wife! I have all rights on you!" he said as he came closer and closer to her. She moved back everytime he moved in front. She finally banged into the wall. She had no way to escape from her hungry Raavan Kumar. Raman came close to her closing the gap between them and put his hand on the other sides of Ishita. Ishita closed her eyes and lowered her head.
Raman - "Now I will give ur punishment for calling me Raavan Kumar yesterday."
He lifted her head with his index finger. She opened her eyes and they shared a deep eyelock. Raman moved closer and kissed her forehead, then her eyes, then her nose, then her cheeks and finally her lips. She felt his lips pressing on hers. She tried to escape but in vain. As he chewed her lower lip, she started responding back to him. They were enjoying their first ever kiss!
