very good topic Dev...and also the comments are very well...though my opinion slightly differ...i feel Rinky's situation is more of a result of Toshi, Ishita and Mihir's decision, rather than her...
I do understand Toshi's mindset, unfortunately neither Mr Bhalla nor Raman tried to make her see reason
in the mandap, .she didnt need to marry immediately, it wasnt her fault that the groom was a fraud...but a girl needs the support of her family in such situations, and instead of doing that, Toshi, Mr Bhalla and Raman were just sitting around with a morose face, saying that her life is ruined...any girl will become more weak emotionally if her family say such stuff...so Rinky also became too vulnerable...
i expected atleast Ishita to pacify Toshi, that life doesnt end here, but her solution was more retarded...by getting the next guy available
now mihir gave her a lamba lecture, promising a future together as soulmates...and he did proved to be a good partner, when he helped her with her studies etc...maybe during that time she fell in love with him...
hence i dont think Rinky is being immature...
she is a newly wedded bride, who was shown a dream of a happy marriage by mihir...albeit for a few days...and now suddenly it seems like a mirage...any girl will feel insecure in such situation...
its mihir's responsibility to make her feel secure...more so now cause mihika has been given a clean slate...also him stating work reason, doesnt hold much value, since he had all the time in world to cheer up mihika...esp when he knows that mihika isnt alone, she has her family with her...
last but not the least...i dont think Mihika is a victim...whatever has happened with her, is her own doing...initally when Ashok used to provoke her, Mihir had asked her to resign...but she shut him up, that she can handle moron's like ashok easily...then doing so much for shagun...despite knowing what a selfish woman shagun is...after that handling ashok's black mailing alone...what was she thinking...that mihir will be happy to be saved, after knowing that she married ashok...even after knowing that suraj is well, she stayed put with ashok...waiting for him to force her...who had asked her to do that vulgar dance in the party with ashok ? he hadnt held at gun point than...
plus her marrying ashok, automatically directed the problem named shagun towards ishita and raman's life...
so basically, i think the major contributor to rinky's life mess, is toshi and mihika...and ishita n mihir to a smaller extent...
but i do agree with you, that rinky needs to stop crying n take charge of her life...if mihir wants to spend time with mihika...let him do so...she shud do what she wants to do...infact i loved it when she left for bhalla house without informing mihir...and also loved in the precap how she back-answered mihika...mihika has done enough, she doesnt need to interfere in their marriage life more...esp advising rinky, when she knows that rinky is insecure with her closeness to mihir...
mihika shud just leave mihir rinky alone for now...give them some space to atleast let mihir move on n give a chance to their marriage...having her hovering around, will never give mihir the chance to move on...he will keep feeling guilty for not trusting mihika that time...
btw, i dont hold mihir guilty for mihika's mess...she is alone responsible for it...her u-turn can make any person doubt her...
