Please note that Rinky-Mihir marriage was neither a contract marriage nor it was a mariage of conveience. When suddenly Ishita brought up the proposal out of nowhere in the shaadi mandaap, Rinki was clearly hesitant. It was Mihir who convinced her by saying that "it will be fresh clean start" from his side. He promised that thier friendship would guide their way of marital life through concern, care and mutual understanding. It might not sound like a "love" story to you as it lacks the exciting color of Bollywood defined "love" but in reaity, it's more than love. It's like two soul mates finally have found each other. Mihir had promised Rinky to be his soulmate.

If I were in Mihir place, I would've been ashamed of myself for marrying a woman when I claerly love someone else. Why would Rinki suffer because of Ishita and Mihir? Mihir clearly gave assurance to Rinky at the time of wedding that he had moved on from his past and wanted to create a new beginning with her.

Rinky's reaction to Mihika's proposal or advice for the vacation/honeymoon was bang on. Any wife would've reacted the same way. Will Ishita take it LIGHTLY if Shagun advices Raman where and when to go for thier (IshRa) pending honeymoon?

FINALLY...Someone echoes my thoughts...Yes...

I have been saying the same thing...considering that Mihika made such a noble sacrifice and all of tht, it still does NOT change the fact that Mihir and Rinki are married...and this is no time for Mihir to feel guilty and hurt his spouse as well, for somehing which CLEARLY...could not be helped...and cannot be changed...

He can feel sorry for Mihika...but to regret his decision of marrying...and his guilt regarding leaving Mihika alone and all of tht...is a bit too much!! Coz I honestly dont think it was possible for any human being to understand her sudden change in behaviour...

Mihir ASSURED her they will start their marriage on a fresh note...all past forgotten and brushed aside...

and take in the way IshRa did...thru a strong foundation of friendship...

For that matter...I want to draw forum members' attention to the months and months of torture Ishita had to face...just coz Raman couldnt get Shagun out of his system..he used to be angry and bitter with Ishita...no matter how patient or watever she was...

we all used to say - why shud Ishita have to pay for Raman's insistent clinginess to his past with Shagun, after a goddamn six yrs!!

same way..it might not be too long for Mihir...nevertheless, his unintentional actions are hurting his spouse...

Mihir had the option of rejecting Ishita's suggestion and saying - he still had not moved on and wasnt sure if he could take such a big step...

but HE looked totally convinced he could move on

and now, forget discussing it with Rinki...he's treating her like a roommate he lives and shares the rent with

All the care and affection is for Mihika...and since Rinki is a casualty in this intense love story, she should just be content and wait on the side? Not protest...?

Sorry, but I dont want another Ishita in this show...enuff of glorifying women and their sacrifices..I'd rather see women who can stand up for their rights...

and be upfront about it

Hey, are you sure Rinki KNOWS it was Mihika's proposal?
If yes, she has every right to be angry!

Believe, had they taken tips from that movie...Ishita would've put her foot down when Shagun came to live IN Bhalla House...and tell her husband upfront wat a pathetic sordid arrangement it was...and that alternate arrangements could be made for his ex

Mihika wudve had the guts to go to the police when Ashok first started harassing her...or confiding it in her Akka...or AT LEAST MIHIR...

Bhallas would have had the sense to REPORT PARAM TO THE POLICE...

SO MANY THINGS COULDVE BEEN DONE

But nai...CVs will only create more and more drama! No matter, how tasteless!

I think in Miminky problem Mihir is more guilty.

If he married Rinky he shud have thought about it then.

At least for me marriage is not over rated n shud not b broken for heck of it. (Call me old fashioned or whatever).

Rinky shud ask Mihir what he wants does he see a future with Her or he still wants Mihika, if he says latter then divorce is the only option.

But I feel its unfair that they shud not give their marriage a chance, if in case Mihir is ready to move on from his past.

But DOES it look like Mihir HAS moved on or is ready to move on?

Looks like it isnt...

he is still stuck

guilt-trip and all

If it persists, then its better Rinki move away..why pine for someone who doesnt feel the same abt u?

This whole "Love" triangle is so played out...clearly the writers have nothing better to show viewers. If I can make a small suggestion to the writers: How about showing women behaving like mature, sensible and smart creatures that we actually are! But I guess that would be asking for too much. At the end of the day all they are interested in is DRAMA.

Exactly n thats what I wrote that Rinky needs to ask him if he sees any future with her or wants to pine for Mihika all his life n stuck up in this Loveless marriage?

I think majority of the blame (even if he is not able to control his emotions) is Mihir.

As it was mihir who promised Rinky of new life.

Now if he thinks he cant live without mihika then divorce is the only option.

Right...They shud have this conversation ASAP...

kyunki, if it turns out Mihir does love Mihika and cannot bear to be with Rinki at all, then HAVE THE GUTS TO tell it to Raman and the Bhallas...

discuss it with the elders..and then move out

Rinki may cry...but she'll be fine...anyway, she is the one who's most concerned about her career...she can focus on tht

but if Mihir WANTS to give this a chance...then first thing, he's GOT TO reduce his interactions with Mihika...and stop thinking abt her day in and day out...feeling guilty and all

Second, MihikA ALSO needs to move away from Iyer house...I mean, wat kinda person would over RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS/HER EX regularly and make life difficult for them?

isnt physical distancing the most OBVIOUS way to burn old memories??

I will not believe it if ppl say
"but she will stay with the Iyers only naa"

WHY BABA? Where's her mother?

why cant she take care of Mihika...

and WHY CANT CVs get Mihika a job and make her leaveDelhi??

there are SO many ways to go about it!! other than this shit drama!

I don't think Rinki is being immature, I think she trying hard to be mature but situations are out of hand and she can't handle it.

She didn't tell her family what the problem was, she made it seem normal, nor did she get angry or ignore Mihir when he called, I think that is act of maturity in some what sense...

Mihir was drunk, but she did help to put him into bed. He was off to sleep when she walked out. I wouldn't blame her for her actions either, what Mihir spoke wasn't something easy for any wife digest. She felt unwanted...she did what made her feel better.

The promo might of made Rinki look bad, but I think its one of those frustrated conversations, I'm thinking Mihika must of asked something in regards to their supposed trip ,which naturally would irk Rinki and hence she busted out like that on Mihika...

The circumstances and reasons behind the marriage wasn't ideal for marriage,Rinki's love for Mihir is debatable but I feel Rinki has accepted the marriage, hence the reason she is bothered by her husband's EX being around. Some people are fast in accepting the reality and Rinki was one of them now her reality is being shaked... she needs time to emerge as strong and independent.

I agree...

Also, Ive always felt Rinki had a soft spot for Mihir..since earlier..

and so she has eased into this marriage better than Mihir has...

I hate the fact that Mihika shud choose to go talk to Rinki abt it, no matter how provoked Shagun might have led her to be

She could go ask Mihir wat happened...but not Rinki...coz she's after all the EX...

And no wife wud stand for that shit...

and if Mihika DID mention something about the trip, then hands down its HER fault

I really wnt the elders to step in...sit Mihir down and have a word with him

and if it seems Mihir wants to go back to Mihika, then OWN HIS FEELINGS in front of Raman...instead of confiding only in Rinki and leading her to do some sacrifice shit...

why shud she?

Also, I just want this sordid triangle love story to end...Rinki was better off as a careerist woman...I dont want her chopping her locks and getting under-eye bags coz of a man who doesnt love her or care to see her in the capacity she exists in his life right now...as his wife

and wats with Mihir blaming himself and Mihika lecturing Rinki ki, "trust ur man"

Really?

Did SHE trust Mihir when he was almost set to be engaged to Trisha?

No..she was crying buckets, and being all indifferent...

Did she blame herself ki "Maine kaise soch liye ki Mihir aisa kar sakta hai..." yada yda...

then why is Mihir expected to be a mind-reader and know the motive behind all of Mihika's actions?

Also, WHY cant CVs bring in a plot...that makes Mihika move away from Delhi and Mihir and all this sordid nonsense...?? isnt it the most logical thing to do?
dont exes usually do that? MOVE AWAY...to bury old memories and create new ones?

How insensitive...tht not even the Iyers are coaching Mihika as to wat she shud be doing right now

no one cares how Rinki might be feeling at this point
