Very good question indeed. i also have the same query. she shouldn't have reacted like that when she first met subbu rather she should have said something like thank you to him as because he left her she met ruhi and got the missing piece of her life and if she is truly in love with raman subbu's reentry shouldn't have affected her at all

Ishita's behaviour is so weird one moment she behaves like she hate subbu and now going to subbu clinic alone (refusing simi help to come along),taking lunch together N much more coming soon😆
