The last scene when Ishita met Subbu at his clinic she was all shy. Before that she was adamant of not forgiving him. Even Raman was amazed of observing her strong hatred towrds Subbu. As per Ishita "Hatred is a strong emotion, only reserved for people you love and care".That's why back in July when Raman asked about Subbu, she said Subbu is out of her system, she doesn't think about him and Subbu doesn't affect her a bit. She also said she's very happy in her new life as she got Ruhi (nd Raman) now that she wouldn't have got if she would've stayed with Subbu. That seemed like an apt explanation. But did she mean it? If she's has really moved on, why she would still hold the grudge against Subbu and why would she say "Subbu is enjoying with his family"? Doesn't it subtly hint that she is still not happy with the fact that she's NOT with Subbu now?
Some are saying Ishita's reaction was right as she met him after some time. It would've been acceptable if in between this time gap many things wouldn't have happened. In this duration, she met Ruhi, fell in love with her, then according to her met her soulmate Raman and fell in love with him too.
So Ruhi and Raman's combined love should have been enough for her not to harbor any hatred against Subbu, rather she would be grateful to Subbu that because of his this decision, Raman and Ruhi are in her life now. But this is clearly not the case. Apparently, Ruhi and Raman's combined love is not even enough for Ishita to forget Subbu and get healed. We all know "Love is the best healer" but it didn't work for Ishita, she is still not over Subbu.
Interestingly, this was not the case when Ishita first met Subbu after his marriage at Sharavu's upananyan. She was hurt but later she didn't think about Subbu and his wife much. Rather she was eager to adopt a child instead. And, now when Ruhi and Raman are with her, their love is with her, she's behaving completely different. She should have been now more normal and poignant rather than being all topsy-turvy.
Is Ishita is in love with both Subbu and Raman? Because CVs are hinting like that with their latest portrayal of Ishita. Who knows, it could be as YHM is known for breaking barriers and social norms!!
Maybe this is CVs part of "nayi soch" that a person can be in love with two people at the same time!!
