I feel she gets normal with subbu like nothing ever exist it's good for her .
First she was in love with this subbu so all the emotions were right in there places but now she has Raman and family so I feel she should let go " Kya kar sakte hai Jo zindagi me hai woh mayna rakega Jo chootgaya Jane do "
Once ishu said to Raman about shaggun that if shaggun doesn't exist in his life her presence shouldn't affect him same ishu is facing .
It's hard to let go past but have too .
This subbu too needs to move on why he wants forgiveness that to after he lost his family and kid strange .
I agree u realize what u lost when u lose the precious some one in ur life sahi boss .
Poor ishu it hurts seeing her like that .

She is still affected by her past but she never opens up always masks it with a smile for the benefit of others now it is Raman turns to open her wounds and heal her by showing her the way to forgive Subbu as she healed him by opening the wounds Shagun left and healed him by teaching him to forgive Shagun.

You are right. At this time Ishita's big question /doubt is why is Subbu here after all this time. She wants to know his motive. Because all these days she never heard from him not even to apologize. And all of a sudden he wants her to forgive him. So she is doubting his motive for his arrival back in her life.
And it is time for Raman to heal Ishita. She has done enough for him to make his life better. once they cross this hurdle together they will have all the skeletons out of the closet and they can move on without anything else hanging in their lives to come back to haunt.

I think ishita earlier "do good, get good" mantra with shagun has made her go through hell... She had to face differences with raman at one point, adi's hatred then his step mother rant, even loosing ruhi And what not... So i think she no longer wants another sauten track in her life now when it is sort of back to normal... That is why she is questioning subbu's intentions behind asking for forgiveness... If she demands no interference from him, i dont think so there is any problem with that...
