@blue: coz whom? Of course herself. Who told her to run away like a bhagoda? Nobody. What did she gain? Nothing. What did she lose because of that? Everything. It was not Ishita's motherly act, but as a person she surrendered to her own insecurities and selfishness. Don't humiliate motherly love by comparing her actions with that.
@red: guess, you didn't see the precap, did you? Raman did a mistake but Ishita committed a CRIME. None other than the judge hinted that. He said that if Ishita didn't do that, the matter wouldn't have gotten this much worse. So according to judge the unpardonable thing was kidnapping Ruhi by Ishita.
