First off I would like to point out that you are correct in certain places and wrong in others. Let's discuss. Shall we?
Ishita's Mistake - Taking Ruhi and running away. That was neither the ideal nor a solution expected from Ishita because so far we had a very logical character at hand. This was not that Ishita.
This as I see was done out of pure desperation (I do not worship Ishita and hence this is not a clouded judgement). In desperate moments humans make the worst judgment possible.
The real problem will come when CV's will try to pass this off as a trivial thing. No that shouldn't happen. But does that mean Ishita should suffer life long and be seen as an irredeemable woman? I don't think so. She deserves her chance at redemption just as much as anyone else. If tomorrow Shagun was to redeem herself, I would whole heartedly accept it because everyone deserves a chance.
Ishita will owe apologies to a long list of people including Ruhi. She will have to work double time to earn all the trust she broke. She shouldn't expect people to be ready to take her views into consideration for sometime. This is something that only the CV's can show.
As for IshRa , this is a huge rift. Not one that can be corrected in a day or two. Both parties are at fault here and both need to work towards mending their relationship. And this is not impossible. Yes it will take time. But for me Ishita and Raman have just stepped into their journey. They are people with baggages and rifts are going to affect them worse than others. To see if they are truly a couple destined to live a full life they have to cross all these. Again CV's it depends on you.
As for the dead bodies, I do not see any indication from the WU that Ishita staged this. Staging a death is not an easy affair and Ishita is in no mental state to do that. She appears to me as a desperate woman acting on impulse. Her intention do not speak punishment in any way to anybody. The rest only coming episodes will prove.
Also I would like to point out that if Raman was in her place I would have condemned it equally. What Ishita did cannot be condoned or brushed off easily. It requires due rebuking.
