Here's chp 10.

Chapter 10: Who are you?

Ishita entered her clinic with uneasiness. She was feeling something amiss. She had seen something in his eyes which had enchanted her. There was something about him that she just couldn't understand. Her mother told nothing important had happened in these seven years but she felt something. She felt that her heart belonged somewhere. And as far as her Amma had told her she had met the Bhallas only a week before but she felt as if Raman was a very important part of her life-something that her mind couldn't register but her heart could.

And then Ruhi- when she met her she felt immense joy as if her life had come back to her, as if her reason for life had come back. She genuinely with all her heart fell in love with that little girl. It was as if they had a heart-to-heart connection though she wasn't her mother. When she sprung into her arms she felt it- love, care, concern and everything for the little girl.

The father- daughter duo was driving her insane. She felt a sense of belongingness to them. They completed her. With them she felt perfect. She was packing up all her work when she was informed about another emergency case. Ishita asked them to come in as she didn't have any other work and being immersed in work could give some rest to her mind which was so confused from when she met the father-daughter duo but maybe god had some other plans for her.

As she opened the door she saw them who consumed all her heart and mind. Whenever she saw him words failed to come out of her mouth. Out of difficulty she said,

Is- Aap yaha?

Raman- Vo ruhi ko daat me dard ho raha tha

His day at office was not so good. He was distracted all the time. All he could think was about her. He was frustrated. After a long six years gap things were settling down when all this happened. Why couldn't he stay in peace even for sometime? Only he knew what had went on him when she was admitted in the hospital. He was dying a thousand deaths every moment in the fear of losing her.

His day had been gone in these thoughts when he was informed of Ruhi's toothache and he immediately had gone to Ishita's clinic.

Uneasiness with him was easily noticed by him. He took a deep breath. The doctor had told that repeating incidents could make her get back her memory and maybe this time she would remember something because once he had gone with Ruhi to Ishita's clinic when they didn't like each other.

She took Ruhi and started checking. As she was checking a memory was trying to resurface her mind. She finally finished the work and at the end she knew these two Bhallas were very important in her life and there was something more to it than she knew. She would try to find out.

She took a deep breath while Ruhi was sitting on her chair immersed in playing games on her father's mobile and wasn't noticing anything. Ishita went to take some things on the table beside the couch.

He was standing right there near the couch and her heart thumped loudly. She got nervous even to move near him. There was something that made her go mad about him. She slowly took little steps to the couch trying to avoid eye contact with him but as she looked at him once her eyes caught his and an eyelock. It was a very intense eyelock. Fire from both the sides- one wanting to know the truth, the other wanting her to know the truth. Ishita started moving towards the couch but more near him without taking her eyes if him trying to seek answers and as she was moving she slipped and both fell on the couch with Ishita on top of him and accidently Ishita kissed him.

She then looked up at him in his eyes and the world stopped for her. She got a memory of another accidental kiss.

Flashback:

Ishita had gone to meet Ruhi in Bhalla house and went in Raman's room by mistake. She wasn't looking at him and accidently she tumbled on him and both of them fell on the bed with Ishita on top of him and they kissed each other by mistake.

It was her first kiss. She had never kissed anyone before not even Subbu and this man whom she hated to core had kissed her. As she saw up they had a small eyelock and with embrassment she got up.

That was how their first kiss happened.

Flashback ends:

Now she was sure that something had happened and was determined to find out. They were still in their eye lock. When Ruhi told them that she was hungry they got up. Ruhi requested to go to a restaurant. Ishita left her car and went with them. They went to a Chinese restaurant- Ishita's favourite.

That night was a restless one for Ishra. She had taken a day off next day.
