Romi bhalla:

Working in bhalla firm...very cool,handsome and flirty but its healthy flirt...fears for his bhai in office but in home they are best buddies...

Simmi bhalla:

Handles marketing department, younger to raman... she is single... knows her responsibilities very well and cant open her mouth infront of bhai in office but in home masti is full on...

Mihir:

Raman's friend, colleague and only person who can speak infront of raman at office... he very well know how to deal with raman and make him understand...currently handling raman's USA office...

Rinki;

She is the younger in the bhalla clan...doing her fashion designing...very chirpy and very talented...

CHAPTER-1:

Note: I dedicate this update to my DKD group...who are always supported me to pen it down and gave wonderful ideas to proceed further...

Iyer's Office:

It's a normal day of office for Ishita iyer where she and her team working on a new project as it is very prestigious and she never left any of those projects which are beneficial and prestigious to company... ishita's working style and approach is different so everyone are act on her instructions... she has been working with her father after her masters but she took a break of 3 years from the company and now again she is back with a bang... everyone are busy in the new project and they got to know about a pre party i.e., an official party before the project to get know which companies are trying for that project... The word party seemed like refreshment to everyone as they are having really hard time with working ishita in this project... some of the office members knows ishita's working style is different and if she choose style then all under that project should act on her instructions only and no work with their brains...its just simple that they have to work like machines if they are under her project...she is not a monarch but if her team members can suggest any ideas as she encourages but she definitely takes a loop hole in it so they have to work like machines under her... All the office members came to know about her break up with her long time boy friend or lover or fiance what all think and assume they tought they can sympathsize her and may be she cant out of it easily...but to their astonishment she is normal and no trace of any thing... The ishita they know is very sensitive and very caring person, respects every relation but here she is normal it doesn't mean they are not happy or having problem but they don't understand what made to be calm and unaffected like this... like she is the same ishita who is not involved in any commitment and living life on her terms and conditions like she is before... this topic continued for a week in office when she joined back but it evaporated into air like other thing because of ishita's working timings and her speed of taking projects and fulfilling it...

Bhalla's Office:

Raman came back from USA after 5 years... he studied their and started his own business which is a successful run...but came back to india as his father's health is not well and there is no one to take responsibility of company...raman had siblings and they are working in their firm but they are not capable of handling total pressure of company... so raman has to return and take the responsibilities of this and he put his office responsibilities of Mihir and came back here... it took some days for him to understand the projects which are under progress and which are completed... Raman kumar bhalla never leave any project which is beneficial to company either it is small or big he will take it up... he never measured projects in terms of big or small...all mattered to him is how it is beneficial to the company... Raman has his own working style which is understandable only to him... all employees are facing very tough time with him because he considers them as only machines even when it comes to his siblings romi or simmi... simmi and romi knows there bhai in and out and his working style...they never bothered because they know the person he is in office is different who they see in home or parties... so they never mind but they are also phasing tough along with others... raman never give chance to employees to put their views as he only takes decisions single handedly for everything even it is big or small only he will take decision not others a kind of monarch when it comes to work and the project under him... Raman bhalla trying for the same project which many companies including iyer's are trying and he is very confident that he will only get that project...

Raman kumar bhalla also got the invitation to a pre party... employees who are working under that project are also allowed to attend party so the employees are happy with the news of party as they know one thing that raman bhalla never interfere in their personal lifes and never bother what happens outside office...yes this is an official party but raman kumar bhalla wont keep any restrictions to them in parties and only interferes when there is mistake from their side otherwise he don't even bother whom are with whom...

Evening @ party:

Ishita iyer reaches the party on time and met all the officials who are related to that project and did casual hai- hello to them and about to leave but media surrounded her... everyone knows about her break up but never spoke up to her as she gave her press statement very clearly so that there is no point of asking about it... they asked her about the project and what the scope of wining it...she with her signature smile told that wining project is not an issue but executing it the way we showed is important...and all knows that whatever the projects I took up was executed in the way I shown...(ishita iyer knows how to play the cards very well) so they very well know whom to choose for the project and I never get over confident by wining or success I still try to learn something new when I take up a new project so working for this project is also a new experience and I learnt many things in this project so it is helpful for me in one way or the other by saying that she leaves the area...

Raman kumar bhalla reached the party when ishita iyer leaving the party...he met all the members related to project and he impressed everyone with his confidence and his attitude... he very well knows how to impress and make his impression on them with his attitude and charm...

Media is waiting for a chance to get a interview with raman kumar bhalla as they only got a interview of him when he took charges of bhalla's firm and afterwards there is no interview of him...they heard that raman kumar bhalla is a partying person and went to him for interviews at party place but the way he talk at parties is different and the way he talk related to business is different... even media don't understand what is raman bhalla... so they excitedly waited for his interviews as it is a party which is related business... and they tought they can find what actual raman kumar bhalla is...??(poor media don't know how RKB tackles his words)

Media is around RKB and they started their firing of questions to confuse him but he is Raman kumar Bhalla so he answered very well and trapped media in their questions... as they seen before when it comes to business raman is very confident and if refers about party his smiles at them and says parties are for enjoying not to discuss or think about business and if it comes to official party like this we can do both things meetings and party... I never mix my party time or my business so I finished my customary handshakes and now its time to party... media asks about wining chances of project...he confidently says project is mine and many of them know me from the time... when I started my company in USA and its project and company turn over so they know my work and there is no need to prove my work for them as many are thinking iam new here but its not the way you think...iam new only in the way to show the work but as a person iam not new to them by saying leaves the media and moves to party...

The normal day in the office and party will be a same normal day tomorrow for ishra...??
