Remember PSGN is antibody immune complex mediated whereas IgA is just antibody mediated, if GN occurs a few days post infection..it's IgA and a week or so later then it's PSGN..I am sure you already knew that but i figured i should review at as well so typed it out. 😆

@ pink: i am loving the slow approach, it's sweet and cute and everything adorable and sic much more meaningful then three simple words... every single time i just.. I can't anu! They are just way too adorable for me to handle, so many feels when these two are busy eyeing each other. 😳 I am so mesmerized with them that i will cry once the show is over. 😲

Ahh that was a lovely and quick review! Kidney path is great but kidney physiology makes me 🤢...over the course of reviewing the kidney, I have decided that potassium is the worse ion.

Potassium is like Shagun

...it gets messed up with any kind of renal issue just like Shagun has been omnipotent and involved in everything for 1.5 months

...it's hard to decipher what the cause of the imbalance is just like it's hard to decipher Shagun's expressions

...and it's imbalances cause some real heart problems (arrhythmias, prolonged QT intervals, U waves, & so on) just like Shagun caused Puttar's some serious heartache 6 yr back!

Regarding a kiss...I just saw a post that another Star Plus prime time show had liplock on it...and here, we're fighting for a proper hug and forehead kiss! 😆

This show has always shown that there's a second chance for love, and while I feel sort of bad for Mihika in all this (b/c she's recently got her brain)...I just want Mihir to be happy! He's suffered so much thanks to his mom, sister, and ex-fiance! It's a wonder how he didn't #vow off women like RKB did because he's suffered a bit more at the hands of women!

POTTASIUM IS SHAGUN! You are a genius! 😃 On a serious note don't worry too much about potassium they don't go in too much detail, remember the drugs that cause hyper and/or hypo K, K effect on EKG (which you already know) it's antidote, and things like vomiting causes hypochloremic hypoK metabolic alkalosis, RTA1, 2 and 4. which one is the most common in diabetics? and one of them causes Hyperk...so very basic stuff. Don't fret it, I promise.

Coming to puttar and biwi, if they show a proper liplock I will for reals faint and I am not even joking. There is no way a lip lock would happen in YHM, I will be happy with a peck on the cheek etc. 😆

I agree Mihir needs to be happy! I don't know how but he just needs to be happy, I hope Rinki becomes to Mihir what missus has to puttar. 😳

I am open to suggestions... I'd love to do an ISHRA related one just because that makes us all happy and I know there is a lingering fear that the new job/ custody/ASMI/ MINKI/ Romi tracks that have all been hinted at mean yet another couple of months of less ISHRA focussed tracks...my best hope is the Subbu track, if it's true...😛 But I am so open to suggestions if you all really want me to do one...😊

This show will never end.Never... at least not until I lose interest!😉 But I so adore this phase and the cuteness of the ways he is professing his affection. I just want her to start reciprocating in a similar manner, and for some intensity to mix with the sweet scenes... I'm not talking 'visit to the RMT coz Ishu's massages won't cut it for what was endured' style intensity... just that 'I'm crazy about you and I want you to know it' intensity.
