First i would like to confess that i only post my comments in your thread cz i feel this is the only thread where logical and practical discussions happen and people's opinions are not skewed towards single character and rather have opinions with wide angles.. So kudos for that!! I have read many post directed to one particular character and i feel pitty for such posts cz i believe when people react its very situational and one should not be judgememtal about the actions and reactions cz everyone in the family are gud hearted people and they do not posses any evil intentions except for the villians in the show!!

Thank you! I just open the thread but it's you guys who make the thread what it is.. I'm grateful to the regulars here and anyone who posts here to keep it about the content and not about biased ( well we 're all female so yes we get carried away with puttar gushing some days ☺️😆) opinion about any particular character from the serial . I truly appreciate that.

My heart also went out to ishita. She is a rare and pure soul. She is a best mother one can ever have. She is more a mother than a wife!! She might have failed as wife but never as mother!! And she certainly does not deserve this from adi!! I agree she goes overboard with her gudness but one certainly does not deserve this for being good to people!! I hope this ends soon and she emerges as a true mother from this!! True

Coming to ishra scene i liked the fact that he is vocal and reiterates her importance in his life, she should also start being vocal about what he means to her!! I feel he already knows..any doubt he had was chased out the day she chased him and beat him with the divorce paper at the airport. 😆

My pov for this is may be he knows that her goodness can force her to take certain extreme steps and she may go into guilt mode as him so he wants to restrain her from taking such far fetched decisions. She needs to be confident about her position in his life cz its complicated with the kids around and he also knows about her selflessness!! Just my pov may not be right!! My feeling is a bit different .. I feel he's saying that as a reminder to her that she might want to sacrifice everything to make Adi happy but he'd not allow her to do that as he needs her in his life as his wife and mother to his kids. I don't know whether I make sense
And sorry for the long post 😕

Aiyo Murugan now you're apologizing for post length?? ! Pagal .. The length doesn't matter .. So post freely

same here :(

about Adi... i go with the second option!
Claim me mean and what not but im sorry, insecure? troubled? Confused -yes, but he is so not innocent, sorry. Maybe it IS because of the divorce and troubles... but HELLO!? he is super criminal minded and as you said an evil spawn of his mom, TOO GOOD at playing saas-bahu games and thing is ishita will be bashed more, but she has NOTHING to do? this is a show, will she really go and tell raman stuff about adi!? also, does she even UNDERSTAND what adi is up to? he actually spilled all the beans, the whole plan, she has to KNOW SHAGUN IS HERE WITH A MOTIVE, and i will be so annoyed if Ishita turns a blind eye to him and still care for shagun instead of BEING CAREFUL of shagun! 🤔

Adi... see im not married, im not a mom... but Adi's character is just, i dont understand it, they should have worked better and to further spoil, that brat of a kid is a super bad actor, so na actor acha na character, i dont know which trait to relate to. He is so far from reality he should have instead been the cup chaap dara sehma baccha... anyways, i dont know if i will ever be able to sympathize with this kid and his wicked mom 🤔
I know and agree that its because of the troubles and how his mom fills his ears, poor thing loves his mom too much... but i dont know he has just never affected me like ive never FELT FELT for him :|... i know that he is going to change soon, he already realised the goodness of ishita but i want tables to turn while shagun is away

sorry if i dont make sense in a hurry.

Thank you darling!

I get your frustration about Adi.. The Cvs messed up not only wuth the sketch but also with the choice of actors.. I feel bad for Gautam but the poor kid doesn't have the acting chops to do justice to a complicated character like Adi. It took a bit of an effort on my part to look beyond his monotonous expression to relate to Adi's insecurity and his troubled childhood.. Don't get upset but I related to his plight as a mother from around the day he was taking care of Shagun when she was doing another victim scene after ishita gave her a piece of her mind for trying to hit Ruhi. And then the whole bed wetting and not knowing where he belongs along with Shagun narcissist manipulation made me feel really bad for him .. And I truly thought the cvs are going the route to where he'd be healed and bright mainstream. But then the whole new mind games of Shagun started.. The cvs strted pushing the boundary of tolerance as far as Adi goes and then yesterday was the new low.. Showing a kid independently playing adult mind games.. That pushed me to make the post. As the character doesn't make sense... Either he's troubled , insecure 12 yr old or he's evil spawn.. The cvs need to clearly define the sketch...hence my rant 😆

Cvs are on a mission these days to make otherwise sharp characters dumb to fit Shagun-Adi drama.. So right now ishita and the Bhallas are dancing to Shagun -Adi tune... They need to bring the old smart ishita back .. Who picked up on people's actions like she used to when Shagun used to play those mind games with Raman ...but of late everything is buried under the overdrive of selflessness .. I hope there is an end to this soon and we get a glimpse of that ishita who tricked Sbhagun into thinking she's not marrying Raman 😉

Excellent question. The last 2 episodes made me understand one thing. The CVs are taking subtlety too seriously. If one forgets the dialogues and the actors portraying the characters and focus only on the story, we'll understand what the writers are getting at. That's an issue for me right there .. They are telling the story.. Dialogues are part of the story.. I can ignore poor acting .. Dialogues.. How can I? Then the storytelling is at fault in creating the confusion .. Right? 😳 so I blame the cvs for failing in execution .. Subtle or otherwise

Aditya was a spoilt brat who was led to believe his father left his mother and him and Ashok was their saviour. Thus, his hatred for his father due to his longing to be with him. And now he wants his parents to get back to his mother for her because she claims to still be in love with Raman. She told her own twisted version of what happened. You can see the conflict between his sense that says Ishita is a nice person and trust in his mother. If left to him, Adi would have easily accepted Ishita in his father's life. I think you know this already. Yes I have defended Aditya's case several times in my post .. But the last couple of days the Cvs grandly pushed his character into the saas -bahu mind games zone.. Very uncharacteristic even for a troubled 12 year old.. I could see him lashing out at ishita.. Being defensive to her.. But this hot and cold behavior? Unacceptable.. Even the mother in me is hovering on losing empathy with that character.
Unfortunately, this became clear to me only recently. The writers are making things complicated. I don't remember struggling so much to understand the plot of this show before. The cvs have been brave to touch such sensitive issue.. Only now they need to be sensible enough to finish it right.

Same thing with Ishita. Half the blame lies in Divyanka's acting too. When Raman pointed out Ishita's mistake to her the day before, no where did I feel that she realised her mistake. It looked more like she was humouring him and indirectly the viewers too because Raman was speaking for us. But, when I ignored all that, I realised the writers were trying to show Ishita as this pure hearted, simple, innocent soul who believes in the good of everyone. In wanting to show that, they have gone overboard thereby leaving us with the "Mahaan" Ishita. Due to the contrast she provides with Shagun, they put her on a pedestal and that somehow made her subconsciously believe she is right about everything. The Cvs need to tone down the Mahanta bit a little but and make Ishita the smart one who sees through Shagun's game and gives her back nicely. Waiting for that day..

Exactly! Since dialogues have been the USP of this show.
I don't know which world Ishita is living in. I just want her to come back to the one Raman and Ruhi are in and where they are meant to be together.
There is also this other thing I have been wondering about. Raman made it very clear in his usual straight to the point manner that he is not going to separate from Ishita for Aditya. Usually in shows, this sort of thing comes at the part where the woman dcides to leave her man. Which makes me think separation is not on the cards for IshRa. Even if it is, it will not be in the way we think it will.
