It's really sad to see that women can't understand a female character's POV. But, it's individual opinions. But, I always could feel Ishita and her behavior. Cos, I am like her. I see myself in her most of the times. I am most of the times nice and soft spoken, but if I find something unfair, I can fight with even my parents. If I find I am mistaken, I won't mind say sorry. But, if my mistake is interpreted bigger from others' points, I would give a damn till others understand me by themselves. I find my these features matching with Ishita. I can soo relate to her more. I find a lots of inspiration from this character.

Okay coming to Precap, I too agree with you Ishita deosnt have to charector certificate.She is pure from heart, she is correct, she never deviated from her marriage so she doesnt have to feel guilty,, In reality, you dont have to prove to anybody if you are good and right at heart same for Ishita too,,, she is not stopping her friendship with Mani because of Raman, veri good,, but who is Raman? He is not ordinary person who accused her for the same friendship,Its her husband okay forget he is her daughter father, they are parents, so As you have justified Ishitas reaction, only one question Is her friendship with Mani is more important than her relation with Raman? Sorry I am not using Husband wife equation here.. just consider Raman as Ruhi papa.. if he questions her relation, okay forget about reply, is her beahviour to stop Mani is correct?

What is a relationship if there's no trust...Be it her husband or her daughter's father?

Kri, thanku for this post!! Its brilliant and very apt according to what was shown. I completely agree that Ishita shud not justify her and Mani's relation(coz that wud be wrong msg to the society that always a woman's character is questioned ) and she must not ignore all that forcing thing that he tried on her (which i'm sure he wudnt have done anything, his character isnt as such).

What Ishita is doing is right on her part but i'm unable to understand why did the Cvs showed this sudden behaviour of Raman!! He from the start was a man who always valued a woman's Izzat. He saved Ishita from goons even when he absolutely hated her, saved Shagun from that cheap guest of Ashok's! How can this guy be shown to do such a immoral act. He isnt the type to get physical over any woman forcefully, especially the one he loves!!! Why is there this inconsistency in his character???

I've read all the reasons discussed in the LU thread but honestly the first thing that came to my mind was he cant do this and why are CVs so hell bent on degarding him so much!!!! By showing that Raman is such an animal he doesnt deserve respect or love are Cvs again putting the blame on the entire situation ONLY on Raman's shoulders????

I've used the word only here coz due to his insecurities or whatever the reason but Raman was at fault for misjudging her, but it does not ignore the fact that all this was caused by Ishita's actions!! Her excessive Mani jaap and asking him for help all the time, stressing on u're my hero my saviour, was all out of character for any married lady!!! Knowing ur husband has a certain problem with ur friend, instead of sorting things out she kept on playing!!! The things that surfaced in front of Raman at that time, were enough to make any man a bit suspicious!!!

First they showed Ishita out of character now Raman!!! To come to this track of healing or rising above insecurities they have taken the help of loads of liberties (idiotic they were!!)

Raman will have to repent for this animal like behaviour, but Ishita has to repent for continuously ignoring him too, which started way back, before all this misunderstanding!!!

If Raman is shown feeling guilty of his behaviours and trying to make up for them then Ishita has to too!!! Coz even now after knowing that Raman has a problem with Mani she still calls him to go to the hospital with her!!! Why not Mr and Mrs Bhalla??? Why not Mihir??? They are Romi's family not Mani!!! If doing this was right then during Amma's accident Raman shud not have told the Iyers anything!!! Later shud have come to their home with a bandaged Amma saying u people werent needed my bestestest friend sorted it out!!!!

Sorry, it became a long post but I cant help it! I'm loving and hating this track in equal measures!! The emotions, insecurities are all fine but this Out Of Character behaviour from both the leads is really limiting my enjoyment

I'm sorry but I disagree with u a bit here. The situations that he was a witness to will make even a normal man question whether the relationship is really just platonic. Raman's past is making him unable to question her, is causing him so much more hurt, and hurt Ishita in the process too but its NOT his past that made him think that Ishita loves Mani!!! He saw her lying, many times, give excessive importance to him, clearly say I LOVE YOU MANI!!! After all this any man in his situation wud have come up with the same conclusion!!!

Maybe its just me who thinks that way but I've seen relationships being questioned for less!!!! This was definitely way off line

When he's at his lowest and needs all the love and support she'll withdraw her hand. There's a quote which i'd like to use- Love me when I least deserve it,coz that is when I most need it. Here, if Raman will try to get back up, repent for his mistakes then she has to help him stand!!! She cant just leave him in this hour of distress, coz that wont be identifiable with Ishita.
