Updating.
Next update will be on Unkiss Me just because I bugged my poor best friend to remind me of my plot and then listened to her rant on how horrible my plots are.
This is totally Ishita-Raman-Ruhi because they didn't have a chapter that is just them nd a closure to Shagun in my story
We move on to romance form the next update. If they weren't already awesome enough. #soexcited
B H A A G E R E M A N N
This chapter has been split into parts. They will be updated back to back and today (I'll try my level best to). Please excuse the errors as I haven't read though this in a hurry to get to the next part. Secondly, I read and love every comment. As self centred as this sounds, they really do motivate me to write further. The likes on each comment serve as a marker to me so that I know which comment has been replied to and which hasn't.
CHAPTER 14 B H A A G E R E M A N N
P A R T C
Chapter Edited by Dhara (@dsgirl)
Ho... Beedi Pi Ke, Nukkad Pe, Wait Tera Kiya Re
Smoking a Beedi on the corner of Your street, I've waited for You. (Beedi is a thin Indian Cigarette)
Khali Peeli Attharah Cup Chai Bhi To Piya Re
Without any reason, while waiting, I drank 18 cups of tea also

Raja Beta Ban Ke Maine Jab Sharaafat Dikhaayi
When I behaved with nobility/decency
Tune Bola Hat Mawaali Bhaav Nahi Diya Re
You called me a ruffian, shoved me aside and didn't give me any attention
Raman acted like a typical gali ka gunda. Moving at the beat as a few other lads joined him from behind. The choreographer stood in sight, far away from the scene as he moved to the beat, prompting Raman of the steps to follow.
Raman flung away a non existent cigarette and stamped it with his foot. The lads behind him moved to the beat and so did he along with them. He picked a random girl in his arm, twirled her around and dipped her - earning a 'slit eyed' glare from Ishita. They moved towards the centre stage, gaining attention from everyone present on the massive house that suddenly resembled a YRF set, and the scene a shoot to a Bollywood film. True to the concept of the wedding.
Dancing with his team of boys Raman moved in search of Ishita, his posse following him. Further spotting Ishita with an overdramatic expression of joy on his face.
He hugged Ishita, moving to the beat as she pushed him away.
A B C D Padh Li Bahut
I've studied A B C D for too long now
(I've behaved according to the rules for too long now)
Thandi Aahein Bhar Li Bahut
I've sighed for too long
Achchi Baat Kar Li Bahut
I've talked nicely for too long
Ab Karoonga Tere Saath
Now with You, I'll do...
Gandi Baat... Gandi Gandi Gandi Gandi Gandi Baat... (x4)
Dirty talks... Dirty dirty dirty talks
Moving his right leg in front, followed by his left leg and then bending his torso forward only to jump back straight. Following the step thrice and then pointing to her and later imitating the classic Gandi Baat step Raman gained looks of admiration and awe from all over.
The audience cheered on hooting and screaming at the scene.
Raman showed off his moves.
Aise Kyun, Kyun, Kyun... Karta Tu, Tu, Tu...
Why do You do this?
Munh Pe Thu, Thu, Thu, Pyaar Mein...
Why do You reject me in love?
Jab Se Hoon, Hoon, Hoon...
Since You know that
Laila Ki, Ki, Ki... Into Two, Two, Two... Pyaar Mein...
I'm twice as lovely as any normal girl
Ishita smiled at Raman's attempt to compensate for his refusal. She walked over to him with her own "posse", each girl taking over one of Raman's guy.
She had given him her innocent look as she hit his chest thrice, she had held him by his collar and pulled him away and towards her thrice. She kissed the air around his cheeks thrice. She had then blushed and turned away. Moving her shoulders to the beat she taken steps back wards, followed by steps directed by her choreographer.
Aise Kyun, Kyun, Kyun... Karti Tu, Tu, Tu...
Why do You do this?
Munh Pe Thu, Thu, Thu, Pyaar Mein...
Why do You reject me in love?
Jab Se Hoon, Hoon, Hoon...
When You know that
Majnu Ka, Ka, Ka... Into Two, Two, Two... Pyaar Mein...
I'm twice as crazy as any ordinary lover
Raman who had walked towards her 'dipped' her as she fell into his arms. He had dipped her with every beat. Letting her out in his arms, they had danced the same step followed by him dancing towards her as she walked backwards.
He had performed his moves along with his walk.
A B C D Padh Li Bahut
I've studied A B C D for too long now
Thandi Aahein Bhar Li Bahut
I've sighed for too long
Achchi Baat Kar Li Bahut
I've talked nicely for too long
Ab Karoongi Tere Saath
Now with You, I'll do...
Gandi Baat... Gandi Gandi Gandi Gandi Gandi Baat... (x4)
Dirty talks... Dirty dirty dirty talks
Ishita held her body to his. Playfully hitting her head with his. He had then held her in his arms and she blushed and tried to let go. She had then turned to him and almost pecked him, distracting him enough to let go.
She had gotten out of his grip, pointed towards him and then imitated the classic Gandi Baat step.
Followed by random dance beats and unchoreographed moments.
Gul Badan, Dan, Dan...
O rosy beauty!
Deal Done, Done, Done...
One To One, One, One... Ho Gaya...
It has happened between us now
Muh Se Kya, Kya, Kya... Bolna, Na Na...
What to say from the mouth
Mann To Mann, Mann, Mann... Ho Gaya...
The conversation has already happened between the hearts
They had come closer towards each other, rhythmically alternately missing to clash their chest into each other. Raman moved to the right and Ishita to the left as they beat into air as they moved. Beating into the air they moved away from each other. Running towards each other their lips had hovered over each others. They had then kissed the air on either side of the others person cheek. Raman pushed Ishita away and then pulled her closer. She playfully kicked his leg and tuned away.
Dikhne Mein Thi Tu Kadak
You were very stubborn on first sight
Dheere Dheere Pighli Bahut
But slowly You started melting
Achchi Baat Kar Li Bahut
I've talked nicely for too long
Ab Karoonga Tere Saath
Now with You, I'll do...
Raman caught hold of Ishita's hands as he pulled her besides him. Ishita moved besides Raman as they danced in sync.
Gandi Baat... Gandi Gandi Gandi Gandi Gandi Baat... (x4)
Dirty talks... Dirty dirty dirty talks
The Gandi Baat step.

"Papa," Ruhi screamed as she ran across the room with her two feet. It was Ishita who picked Ruhi up and placed kisses on tiny her face. Ruhi giggled at her mother.
"Meri bhi eklauti beti hai. Ishita be a nice wife and pass her over." Raman exclaimed as he grinned at his wife and daughter. His wife had gladly ignored him as she continued smothering their daughter with kisses. Raman had finally managed to take Ruhi in his arms.
"Ruhi, kiss." he had unknowingly puckered up for a kiss. Ruhi had placed a peck on his lips - a habit they had picked up months earlier.
"Raman, you'll give her cavities. Kitni baar kaha hai do that after a few months. Abhi you'll give her all your cavities."
"Your dentist mother. And as usual we gladly ignore her." Raman has whispered to Ruhi.
"Yes. Gladly ignore me." Ishita had playfully turned away.
"No, mama. I'm not ignoring you." Ruhi had exclaimed, terrified of the idea of her Ishima being hurt. She had turned to Raman, giving him her best attempted puppy eyes.
Raman in return had given her a sad pout as he batter his lashes twice.
"Kya yaar Madrasan, Ruhi ne ek baar meri side jo li tum toh jal hi gayi. Ruhi, mein toh kehta hoon, tum mere hi team mein reh lo. Ishima ki team."
"Yes, Mamma. Papa aapse bahut pyaar karte hai. See, if you weren't there I wouldn't be there and phir hamesha Raavan Kumar rehte. And agar papa Raavan Kumar rehte toh Mama Papa se kaise milti and then main tumare pass kaise aati. And then papa ke love ko refill karna hota hai. Maine toh kiya. Mama ne nahi kiya." Ruhi explained, worrying over the detail.
"Ye lo, apne pair pe hi khuladi," Ishita stuttered to herself.
"And papa toh aaj very good boy hai. Haina papa." Ruhi turned towards her father.
"Yes, Ruhi. Par aaj opposite karte hai. Aaj Papa ka turn hai. And Ruhi ne bhi mamma ko kiss nahi kiya." Raman whispered to Ruhi, winking at her as his daughter burst into giggles. Ruhi had cutely winked back at him.
"Opposite?.." Ishita turned towards them and the minute she turned Raman and Ruhi gave each other the look.
Raman placed his free hand on Ishita's cheek as if telling her that there was something on her cheek. Ishita stepped towards them. And the minute she did, Ishita felt a lip on each of her cheek. A stubble on her left and soft baby skin on her right. Unmoisturised lips on her left and tiny overly moisturised lips on her cheeks. Raman and Ruhi had kissed Ishita on either side as they engulfed her in an awkwardly placed but ironically comfortable hug with Raman and Ruhi on either sides despite Raman holding Ruhi in his arms.
"We love you, Mamma. Sacchi." Ruhi whispered.
"What she said," Raman had stiffly muttered.
"Papa, that isn't fair. You have to say 'Love You, Mamma'."
"Accha, Dadi amma. Love you, Mamma." Raman had whispered to Ishita.
"Love you, Papa" Ishita had whispered, suddenly shy.
Ruhi had started jumping in Raman's arms breaking them out on their trance.
"Mama, lunch karne ke liye bahar jaaye? Please." Ruhi had switched the topic over to food.
"Ru,"
"Ruhi, papa ki meeting hai."
"Toh, meeting ke baad?"
"Ek kaam karte hai, papa pehle apni meeting khatam karega and then sharp 2 o clock hum lunch karenge. Papa will send you men in black."
"Raman, ghar pe family meeting hai. What is this?"
"Khaak ki family hai, all they ever do is stare at you and Ruhi. What family, Ishita? If I can give the both of y'all a minute's escape from this mess, I'll be grateful for that. Why do you have to be so mahaan. Be human. Take them out. Why do you even have to be considerate towards people who don't care?"
Raman had unknowingly voiced Ishita's own insecurities. Why did she even care or consider people who had written her off the day she had broken up with Subbu. They hadn't mended walls then and they wouldn't mend walls now.
"They're family, Raman. No matter what, they're family. Just like back home." she had whispered.
Family? Raman knew better. Ishita yearned for acceptance. Acceptance that was entitled. The respect that was snatched away from her. Raman couldn't change the past but he would make sure of one thing - that her past wouldn't affect their future. He wouldn't let her past hurt her all over herself. He would protect her. Her past never mattered, it never did. She was his, would be his for now and forever. She had Ruhi and she had him. Together, they would give her all the love, acceptance, hope and respect unconditionally. She was theirs.
Ishita knew better. Why was she even here? Her family? Her family started with Raman and ended with Ruhi. They were her family along with her Amma, Appa, Mihika, Mihir, Bala jiju, Akka, Periamma, Mummyji, Papaji, Romi, Pinky, Simmi and Ananya. Her immediate and only family. Family? Other than Vishwa, Paati, Chitti and a selected few what had this so called family ever do for a girl they had seen grow up for the last twenty years right in front of their two eyes. They had shunned her just because she had broken it off with just another guy. Didn't they even know her that they judged her so frivolously? Ruined. That was what they had stamped her as ruined. And ruined she was, Subbu had killed everything as he walked out of her life. He had killed her faith in love. And Raman had just worsened it. While Subbu had taken her heart and squished out of all the love and other emotions she had ever looked for in a life partner, Raman had just wrung it further with his inconsiderate nature, love for his ex and obsession with his first born. And there she was doing it all over again, falling for her husband when she knew that he would never reprociate her feelings. He was good to her. Too good for her own liking. He didn't know the effect his simple gestures had on her these days. And he didn't even need to know to know. These were her feeling and like the previous times she would wipe the slate clean as soon as the wedding ended. This wedding, she would fall in love with a man never expecting anything in return. She would live her fairytale and then return back to start. When she snapped back to reality, she had overheard Ruhi argue with her father about her 'Men in Black', that little devil.
"Raman. No security. You'll cause a scene and you know I hate scenes. I come from a quiet background, remember." Ishita started her 'lecture' as she walked besides her husband. She sipped from the Nike sipper handed over to her.
"Quiet, sure," Raman forced a clearly forced smile, "This noise, is 'quiet' to you? Bloody bullshit. And no security? Yes, why not? Then you, being you, will find yourself in another situation which will be equally shocking and will it not only endanger you but also our daughter and I being the useless husband that I clearly am when it comes to you, will run around ensuring your safety because I clearly have no work to do in life and my empire runs itself, right? Once, Ishita once, agreeing with me once won't really contradict your feminist ideology."
"And he calls me a lecturer," muttered Ishita as she sprayed water onto her worried husband. Trust him to make a mountain out of a molehill. "I have lived here for 21 years, Raman. I know my ways around this place."
"Just like how you almost got yourself killed by goons, on the area you know like the back of your hand,"
"There was a strike then,"
"Yes, and you should've known better."
"I am not roaming my hometown with your security team at my tail. How embarrassing is that."
"Then do have a jolly good time being stalked by the media. If you check the news you would know that you're their new favorite. Along with our daughter."
Ruhi looked back and forth between her parents. She couldn't decipher if they were fighting or just stalking. They surely were saying rude things. Ruhi classified rude thing but then they sounded playful and they even smiled as they spoke to each other. They weren't fighting, Ruhi concluded. But they were saying mean things. Her parents, complicated creatures. Ruhi shook her head as she decided to voice her opinion.
"I like my men in black, Ishima. They are really nice to me you know. They keep the bad men away," Ruhi recited as though she was reciting an essay, repeating whatever her father had spoken to her the first time she had asked him about her Men in Black.
"Learn something from your daughter, Madrasan. Even she knows about the importance of security."
Ishita shook her head in defeat as she splurted another sip of water from the sipper in response. As she rolled her eyes. Raman instructed for one of his henchmen to come forth with several bags in hand. He handed them over to her, "Your clothes. Personally selected before you start ranting over me having random strangers choose clothes for you, Madrasan."
He had then placed Ruhi on the ground, lowered himself to her level as he kissed her on her cheek as she burst into a huge grin and he as usual had captured the resultant emotion deep in his heart. He had turned to Ruhi's other cheek and placed another peck there as he whispered a 'be good to your mom, Ruhanika. And follow the plan'. He raised himself up. Turning towards Ishita he had taken her into his arm as he placed her a light peck on the apple of her cheek. Ishita had smiled a rare smile as his eyes glistened with an unfathomable emotion. Holding onto Ruhi's hand, she had requested him to change his clothes.
"I have a team of people waiting to dress me up."
"Interview? Oh. You love them. All those girls flinging themselves at you."
"Sure. I have one you at home. And that's enough. Can't really have more people poking and prodding at my body."
"Why Mr. Bhalla, your body is all mine, remember."
He had just chuckled at her statement. Winking at her had walked away suddenly surrounded by a team of assistants, security and other people who worked for him.
"Papa," Ruhi screamed after him as she passed him a flying kiss which he had turned and grabbed and placed into his heart.
"Chalo. Let's shower and get changed." Ishita turned towards Ruhi as Ruhi peeped into the bags handed over by her father.
=_=_=_=_
Shagun Mehta stared in shock at the person she as told to interview. She couldn't do it. She wouldn't do it. Her being in town was a secret from Raman.
"Cancel the interview. - S"
"What? - R"
"Cancel the god damn interview, Raman. - S"
"What the hell are you on about? - R"
"The interview you are about to attend. - S"
"The last thing I need to do is be known as your ex-wife. I'm trying to live my life on my own. Appreciate it. - S"
"Do I look like I care? - R"
"You should if you care about your wife. You don't want her taunted for marrying a divorcee. - S"
"The Gossip Mill doesn't care about facts or relationships. We should know. - S"
Shagun tapped her iPhone 6 against her palm as she waited for her bloody ex-husband to reply. She was a fool to think that he cared. You are turning into the next Ishita worrying about everyone and anyone, she cursed herself.
She tapped her feet in impatience as she waited for someone who worked for the station to come up to her and announce the fact that Raman Kumar Bhalla had cancelled the shoot. And they did, the head of the station personally apologized to Shagun Mehta for calling her out of her way, only to have Raman Bhalla postpone his interview. Shagun Mehta rolled her eyes as she put on her snob face. She demanded compensation and refused to empty her schedule to interview Raman Kumar Bhalla.
Ishita should bloody thank me, she muttered.
She headed for the airport as she instructed her Secretary to collect her stuff.
"Abhimanyu, nice to meet you. Would you like a drink?"
"No, thank you. To think I would involve myself with another one of you self pompous rich freaks."
Shagun Mehta pulled her sleeping mask on as she prepared herself for a long flight haunted by her past deeds. Aditya, what would she do with her son? Did she lead him to self destruct?
Abhimanyu smiled at the lady sitting besides him. She hadn't recognised him, he mused. So much for being her college crush. How could one forget her first crush he wondered as he sipped on his
alcohol.

A massive thank you to those who like and leave behind comments. It just motivates me to keep going. And I truly appreciate it. To any silent reader, if any, it doesn't have to be a long comment, even a 'Hey, I'm reading." will do. I promise.
Watched Mohabattein today and it was fine. Don't really get what the forum hype is all about, finally. It's a tv show and it needs to have a storyline, you can't have fluffyness 24/7. It isn't Meherbaan! (Wink wink. Yes, I'm bluntly promoting my own FF in my own FF. Talk about wierd.)
