Ishita will be taken to hospital after she faints during the puja. The hospital staff will be on a strike,and refuse to check Ishita's condition. Raman will get angry and shout at the doctors, threatening them that if nothing happens to his wife then he will not leave them. Abhimanyu will realise that Raman loves Ishita a lot but is unable to express it to her,then he will plan something to bring Ishita and Raman closer.
