Today's episodes set the stage for change in the direction of a few tracks. Did any of them ring a bell? Speaking of bells, sending best wishes to all those celebrating Dasara, Navarathri, Rosh hashanah.
Shagun was beaming about her upcoming nuptials and Adi mirrored it...he claims his mother's happiness is his. Just when he thinks life is good, he overhears the Lambu brothers celebrating now that they were getting rid of Shagun and Adi from the kaminey mansion for good.
That would put any child in a bad mood. Good moods are rare in Adi's life as bad moods are to others. Always anxious and angry, Adi usually tells Shagun to fix his troubles and here his adopted papa is ready to toss him and his mother out of their home and he's keeping mum? The look he gave Sunny, chota Lambu better watch out. Ahkir, Adi Raman ka beta hai, and his dominant genes are likely to show up at some point.
Shagun reminded us that Ashok was Adi's dad. When Adi had Raman sign off on his name change to Khanna did Ashok also legally adopt Adi as his son? If so, Shagun could use Adi, a minor child to get back into Ashok's life. There's no way Shagun will let go of Ashok so easily UNLESS of course she finds a bigger sugar daddy to turn his head in her direction.
Will Ishita try to keep Mani away from Shagun thus leading to Raman feeling jealous esp. after the way he heard her gushing over the phone with him today?š
The way Shagun grabbed the phone from Mihika's hand to talk to Mihir, though natural between siblings left an odd feeling that she's going to keep sticking her nose in MiMi's affairs while she hangs around Mihir's place esp. if she's forced to find ways to becoming Mrs. Shagun Khanna when Ashok ignores herš.
Mihir's warning to Mihika to be wary of Shagun was telling...that his sister can be nice one minute and nasty the next without warning. Ashok better watch his back. If he backs out of the wedding, Ishita's warning about Adi's reaction to Ashok may get Shagun's brain cranking and she may well find a way to force him to marry her. After all Lambu has never had success in any of his plans, Shagun has...she's got manipulation skills to boot. We just got a glimpse of the way she got Mihir to publicly accept she was his sister.š²
There's no way all of Shagun and Adi's belongings fit into that one piece of luggage each after all they accumulated in six years under Ashok's roof. Shagun's luggage was small enough to hold just the stuff from one of her frequent shopping trips. She's need a bag just to carry all the bling jewelry she flashed a smile at when Ashok showered them on her. Hope she was shrewd enough to take the jewels with her or Sunny bro could later land her in jail for theft from the Kaminey mansion. She may need the cash to maintain her lifestyle in case Ashok dumps her and makes a beeline for Mihika instead.
Just my opinion! Raman was right..., it hurt to hear Ishita's squealing on the phone calling Mani's name, it was way over the top. She sounded like she was talking to Shravu or Ruhi. The way she gushed you'd think she was a teenager with a crush on a Bollywood starš.
Who's idea was it to seat a short man in high back wing chair when Raman spotted Bala walking out of the hotel?š Ishita dabbled in jasoosi with Param/Simmi. Looks like it's Raman's turn to do jasoosi now that he spotted Bala bolting out of the hotel after he caught sight of Raman on the premises. Bala seemed panicky after spotting Raman at a hotel far from home. Was he employed there or was he involved in unethical acitivities to earn some extra cash? Bala/Vandu are the last and only nice couple left on the show. Hope CVs spare them from negative scenarios.
An NRI who is OCD about punctuality canceled a meeting because Raman was three minutes lateš. No one gets away with treating the Raman Bhalla of today that way. So when they meet face to face doubt it will be a pleasant introduction. OMG! Tell me it's not going to be one of those "mera pati ki mahaanta" speeches from the biwi!š¤
If Mani/Abhimanyu shows up at Mihir's party, Lambu is sure to try to worm an introduction if he doesn't already know him. How will Ishita's friendship play a role in Raman/Lambu business deals with this new international business tycoon?
Raman's expressions were spot on in response to Ishita's starry-eyed looks at him as he mulled over a business issue. š Oh come on! Couldn't they have shown her behaving anything but like a teenager in love?š¤
Today we got a stark reminder that this show is now on the 7:30 pm slot...we got the first falling//catching with eye-lock sceneš¤ which wasted a good 20 secs or more of air time. Raman asked Ishita "are you crazy, do you intend to stand this way all night"?...well that question was on our minds too. š
Pervy and family have been gone a while and no one seems to care that they are missing. Will Pervy show up just in time to see the fallout? But where will his loyalties lie? With Shagun, his ATM machine or Ashok from whom he can milk millions blackmailing him with the secrets he shared with Pervy.
Now that Toshiji is away in London any chance she'll run into Tandon of London and find out when Trisha will return to her fiance Pathak?
