Superb explanation especially about Raman's feeling of dejection at Ishita's reaction not a day after he for the 1st time took a step to sleep right by her. Idiotic do gooder she is who has him twisted around her little finger for that very senseless goodness in her.

Sorry for taking a second spot in your post ... but the optimistic in me still hopes for a better tomorrow.

So, I still want to see the silver lining in the cloud which I hope the CV's are also looking at. I want a talk between Ishra ... like a real talk where Ishita gets to know what is going inside the heart of Raman and how did it affect him ... also on the other hand, she should be able to explain her situation to him perfectly.

This talk is what will help them move towards the next step in their relationship. You know, the silver lining in the cloud like you mentioned was the fact the no one once scolded Ishita ... it was more of a concern than scolding ... definitely from Toshiji and Raman's end.

So, this track may definitely lead to the revelation that Raman does not carry a torch for his ex anymore and he has finally moved on.

If he cannot stop being worried for his present wife when his ex is inside his own bedroom, then there is nothing left to be proved that he has moved on ... so fingers crossed ... that is the only silver lining I can see now...

BUT >>>> this still does NOT justify Ishita bringing Shagun to their bedroom 😡

Well Ruby we can agree to disagree 😛

What I find in character is that selfless urge to be altruistic, to help someone in need

What I don't find in character is her taking decisions alone while being inconsiderate of other's (her loved ones) feelings in the process. Here I am talking of bringing Param home and then Shagun

In the Bala case and her license being revoked, yes it's true she first tried to solve it herself without taking Raman's help but then Ruby the matter at hand was more about herself or her side of family and the actions she has taken then didn't have an huge emotional impact on other people
It was much more on the scale of not sharing one's OWN problems with spouse

Saving Ruhi was another matter because there was an urgency. Her not being able to inform Bhallas, I saw as convenient writing and cinematic liberty that can be looked over, technically can be brushed aside. At least, once in hospital, she tried contacting them...

Marry a man to save a child from abuse was extremely naive but there I saw her decision more of her giving to the urge of officially getting tied for life with that child that she has instantly fallen in love with. To succumb to one's deep desire was not so hard to digest for the audience

On bringing param and then Shagun home it was not only her problem or Raman's but the family as a whole. In both cases, there were not such an urgency that would justify her not consulting with anyone. Again as I have already said I have never seen her be so callous, insensitive with people she loves. Point to be noted she WAS mindful of Iyers but NOT of the Bhallas...

Here I am talking as an average viewer. Realistically showing an otherwise strong, level headed, educated woman bringing home her rapist and her husbands ex wife is not palatable for the masses. We can't relate to that, her self righteousness is just not digestible. There's a limit to cinematic liberties IMO.

I think it can't be a coincidence that the audience have reacted so strongly, couldn't take Ishita's latest actions (since bringing param home) People have been commenting here that their parents, even though being TRP's target and watching all silly shows and tracks, were thinking that Ishita is being unrealistic, oversmart, overconfident. I am no professional in media field but surely something is hugely wrong...

Ishita is fundamentally a good person, selfless in nature.

BUT we (the audience) have never seen her cross so many limits, boundaries in her selflessness (without somewhat reasonable explanation)...
I think that is the crux of the matter.

There's a limit to selflessness. Here she comes across as unrealistic and her self righteousness doesn't make it better.

Penning down an over unrealistic character is not what will appeal to the masses...more so in a show like YHM where up until recently the characters and the story were mostly realistic, relatable, understandable.

In the precap Mrs Iyer is angry. Here instead of putting blame on the Bhallas as always I'd love for her to take Ishu aside and make her realize that while her intentions were good, she did not see the picture at large and ended up hurting a lot of people.

Making Ishita realize her huge mistake is a must. Otherwise her self righteousness will always stay and it will forever taint/put a dent on her character.

Just my opinion ofc 😛

This is exactly what i wrote in another post... I love your definition of MOTHER ... And how you connected MOTHER In real sense with Ishita 👏

I completely agree with all of your points. I am among those who believed Ishita was just being human and did what she did her whole life.

1. She protected Ruhi from the accident , putting her life in danger. That time she didn't know Ruhi either.

2. She saved Ruhi's life and took her to hospital, resulting-faced criminal charges against her, her engagement broke and keeping her parents behind bars in worst possible condition.

3. Married to Raman just to protect Ruhi even though during her marriage she came to know about a brutal reality of Raman( which was wrong) that he was a abusive father. Stepped in a marriage for Ruhi only.

4. Took the whole blame to help Simmi n Param .

5. Tried to give punishment to Param with the help of Sarika as she want her too to get justice and end up in a lockup n a case of harassment .

6. She bring back Param to the house when Simmi was ready to go to any extent to be with her husband and end up being trapped again by Param and still living with that rapist in the same house and still maintain her dignity n took all the shit from Simmi too.

Now how come she is wrong at this point , she is wrong only for one thing that she took her to her room that's also not her wrong entirely , Toshi ji being the female head of the house should provide a room for Shagun , Ishita can't leave her on Living room, she could have taken her to the Ruhi's room but she can't, as for that she has to leave Shagun in the living room shift Ruhi from her room but Shagun was very wild and no one was helping her , she needs family support that time but everyone was just pointing out there fingers to her( as they were also right at there place) and making her realize she is wrong, Even if Raman would be there instead of Ishita he did the same.

Only thing which I expect from Ishita was
1. Apology to Raman as unknowingly she hurt him to bring his first wife in that condition to her house and made him realize she is regretting her decision.
2. Should lay her down to Ruhi's room.
3. Message Ashok to know where her fianc is.

Raman was good as he was angry but don't want to say bad to Ishita in that condition. He was holding himself That was a very difficult task for Raman's character. But he convoyed her very clearly where he is standing today. Somehow I feels first time he feels afraid of loosing Ishita because of her goodness. I feels fear more then anger on his face.

Sorry for long rumbling ... But wants to went out.

Does being a mother just mean Mamta cvs dont understand disciplinarian aspect of motherhood. 😆 if u show too much f mamta towards a child who has no inkling to reform (people like Shagun n Param) is it going to help them?
I m repeating it again I have no probs Ishita helping Shagun, my only prob was while she cared so much for another woman on streets , she didnt care about her own husband who had broken his back a night ago. N didnt even ask him if he wud b ok wid it. No matter what explaination cvs give i m not gonna buy it.
Secondly I have never raised finger on Ishita that she shud not help ppl. Its great to help ppl but not at the cost of ur near n dear ones. In Shaguns case she had many options but she thought f only 1 to hurt her family y?
N jo raat ko nahi sote unhe Ullu kehte hai 😛 which suits current Ishita to T in current scenario 😆

U hv written that everyone in Bhalla family was worried that this action of hers will hurt her in future. But d problem is Ishita doesnt get it she is shown thinking that her family is not understanding her .

I genuinely appreciate you for the positivity that u brought in ur post...till I saw yday night's episode evn I ws damn upset with Ishu for bringing shagun to BH. But after watching the episode I convinced myself and I could justify ishu's deed to a greater extend...but one point is still not ready to get into eithr my heart or brain yaar...and the point is why ''the bedroom''????? 😕 Ishu could ve chosen Rooh's room instead of their bed room naaa...and that wud ve been more realistic aswell...anyways jo hogya so hogya 😆
