Yes that laugh, having no words... And then simply saying that she is talking sensibly... He was totally won over. No wonder he asked her in the very next episode if she had fallen in love with him 😊

Awesome post, nailed the emotions.
I personally admire ishita's character after Friday's episode, she amazed me the way she handled this critical situation and made raman understand her pov.
Simply love it..

Bang on Aani! Wonderful post. There is only a small part I disagree with. I will come to that later.
Hey Sneha needed time for your reply so did this later and thanks 😊Friday's episode was fantastic. Just when you think the writers can't do better than this, they prove their mettle. I am totally in awe of them. I admire and respect them so much that I am ready to accept Mihir as the culprit behind Amma's accident. It is something that, as of now, makes no sense. But I am giving them the benefit of doubt because it feels like they know what they are doing. If Mihir does turn out to be the culprit it would be heartbreaking in a way but I am sure the cvs will pull it off, though I would be pissed cos this track wasted 3 weeks of the show 😆 but yes friday totally redeemed the cvs for me, I forgive them this track for thatThe entire conversation of Raman and Shagun infuriated a lot of people. Not me. Because there was one thing you had to keep in mind watching that scene. It was Aditya's father who spoke to Shagun. She was and is still under the delusion that she has an influence on Raman, her ex husband who is slowly ceasing to exist. I guess that is the reason of her delusion. Sub consciously she is aware of the changes happening and is trying her level best to resist it.Yep Shagun is seeing how Raman is detaching himself from her, even her negative influence and the narcissist in her cant take it, since he idolized her in a way also in a way I think she isnt over him somewhat. Yes Ashok gave her riches and all, but he never treats her the way Raman did 😉Ishita! I don't know what to say about her. Her perspective amazes me. I mean, who thinks like that!👏 If it wasn't for her small idiosyncrasies it would be very difficult for me to accept such a person who is so good and perfect. I can't stand such people. She represents the definition of a life partner. Raman's reaction to her words was expected. Being a shy guy by nature, he actually controlled a lot. What maturity and understanding! Ishita is new to parenthood yet understands every facet. What's more, she notices those tiny emotions Raman displays and perfctly and completely understands his love for his children and the special place Adi holds in his heart.Yep any other woman, any other show this would have seemed like a OTT melodrama esp because I dont think many actresses could have pulled off what Divz did her, she lends Ishita such a poise and dignity, this act of hers doesnt come across as this woman being mahaan or a devi, you know...she isnt being preachy here, but an understanding, supportive wife who accepts her husband has a past and a baggage of his own and she cant separate it from him, she doesnt try it rather she respects it and him.It was lovely to see Raman being polite to Shagun thereby proving she no longer holds the place she did once in his life and heart. Or at least, she is rapidly losing it. Not only Ishita playing a role in bringing a father close to his children, she is also helping him move on. I loved the way the writers are handling the latter issue. I was very curious to see it.With Ishita and Raman it is always tiny things that changed the dynamics of their relationship. Drama happens in their life but it is always simpler things that brought them closer.Oh watching him being polite was a pleasure for sure since I dont enjoy public spectacles which I think would be tamped down now with this approach of Raman' and of course Shagun cannot poison his son now too. Plus she doesnt know what hit her with this polite Raman - cos a polite Raman is a distant, unaffected Raman. 😉Now coming to the disagreement. I agree that it is the mother in Ishita that started toaffect the father in Raman but the husband will surface because of it and he will fall in love for the woman she is. With Shagun, Raman definitely would have felt insecure. She was constantly taunting his abilities and worth. His ambition to become rich was fuelled by that hurt ego. Ishita will make him see himself in a different light, make him realise what he is actually worth. I remember a similar discussion regarding Ishita where it was about Raman making her get rid of her insecurities regarding her inability to be a mother. I hope I made sense.
When I meant the father will fall in love, it includes the husband too Sneha, like I said he is primarily a dad now and post Shagun his kids were the only ones who could make him emotional, no one else mattered to him, not anymore. And when he saw Ruhi getting the love of a mom from Ishita, the day she called her Ishimaa, for the first time I have already recounted to you how he reacted. They say a way to a man' heart is through his stomach... but when his heart is closed off on all ends even that road closes... here Ishita started affecting him solely because of that one loophole - the one doorway he could never close that leads to his heart - his kids... the way she is selflessly loving them, makes him be in awe of this woman. Even on friday, when she supported him, she did so as the mother of his children, something even Shagun never did... yes he is her husband and she is his wife - but this love story is going in reverse 😆 - first came the kid, then they married for the kid, now there is friendship and attraction post the fights and misunderstandings, love is slowly creeping in.. IshRa became parents first, then spouses and later on will be lovers after all.
On the show, we all know how Raman tried to give hints to Ishita about his feelings and desires, by keeping a box of condoms in her drawer. An...
