ATM YHM is the only other indian show I watch besides TP... which is a giveaway from my siggs 😆 but I know what you mean initially gruff, rude Raman was actually relatable and somewhat pity inducing yet real... now he is a jerk. He could be cordial with Ishita honestly for a start and I hate it the way he behaves with her... I had almost given up on the show too but the new promo - the one where he avoids giving her a lift and then follows her as she hails a rick, that kinda spiked my curiosity, I wondered is it finally the beginning of some sorta attraction or admiration between them that leads to him watching Ishita so fondly... I will may be stick for a month or two if they do something by then at least, cause from the looks of it, the promo is very, very misleading esp with the entry of that brat from hell - Adi

And as for the SS/FF I am thinking something but like I said its unexplored territory for me and I am scared silly not to mention still unclear about the story in my head, but if something does come up I will surely ping ya 😊

Oh I absolutely agree with you about MJHT and SaJan !! No other show and jodi has had me this obsessed till date like I was about SaJan ! Same goes for MoNaya !! They are the perfect jodi for me both off and on screen !!! 😉

About YHM, initially I didn't mind Raman's character because I could understand where he was coming from, even though I used to get mad at him even then, but his character was never intolerable, but since the return of Aditya, they have turned Raman into someone I don't understand and definitely don't feel sorry for anymore !! After Ishra got married I thought Raman and his family would have enough decency to respect the woman who is now Roohi's mother, and it was because of her that these Bhallas were able to get Roohi's custody, but they just keep taking her for granted, especially Raman !! I hate the way he mistreats her and talks to her so rudely !! Also I feel that Raman takes both Ishita and Roohi for granted I! At this point I seriously feel he doesn't either Ishita and Roohi !

Aww! Those lines are beautiful! You are right. It is hard to imagine the two of them falling in love which is the factor that's got me hooked to the show.

@red - word! I share the exact same sentiments and I could actually GET why the writers were writing Raman the way they were, they had to show a man who has lost connect with himself because of the betrayal he suffered and that actually redeemed Raman to me, even if I couldnt LIKE him.

@blue - EXACTLY! After the custody case, I felt perhaps if not friendship, than at least they will be a semblance of some cordiality from his end, as an acknowledgement of his appreciation for what Ishita did, but no he in fact has become worse towards her if anything, quite honestly I did not like the way he was forcing himself almost on Ishita after the holi dance, the way he said I am your husband so whats the problem? That was absolutely chauvinistic of him and nothing else!! Its like he feels he has a legal license now to harass Ishita and its like some sorta duty of hers to take his shit which pisses me off to no end.And I think the writers do surf the forum since last night' episode had Ishita voice the same sentiments as the viewers, where she clearly states once you feared you would lose Ruhi you wanted nothing but her but now that you have her, you dont appreciate or love or acknowledge her and he took that as if it was some sorta boring lecture she was making.

@ pink - TOTALLY! Quite honestly, with the way he treats his wife and daughter sometimes the treatment he gets from his son seems as if he so deserves that and just had it coming. He should open his eyes and amend his ways before things take a sour turn from Ishita' end, because I doubt she would tolerate his nonsense forever... how long can you take someone abusing you as if you are a tissue-paper, a doormat after all?

@bold - I concur! it seems even the writers don't know what to do, I would consider a little respect at this point from Raman towards Ishita as nothing short of a miracle!

Hello dear ,

The ability to convey something subtle so eloquently is definitely praiseworthy. In that respect hats off and huge round of applause to you dear.

The first step towards any kind of relation is being cordial with one another. Respecting one another and listening to one another. Currently that's what is very much lacking between Raman and Ishita.

Raman in your work finally realised that Ishita is a human worthy of his respect. Worthy of being dealt with as an equal. Worthy of being dealt with as a family. It took him a very nasty reality check to do that but he did. That alone shows that somewhere in him a part of the old Raman exists. The one who was kind and caring. The one who loved with whole heart. The way back to that Raman is a long winding road and also that Raman can never truly come back. But he took the first step and with that is born the hope of better days ahead for his family.

Ishita leaped into a marriage just for Ruhi. She was a mother gaining the custody of her child by legal means. In the wake of the prospect of getting a child to finally call her own and love , she didn't give much thought to the other name , the other relation that would be form. She didn't think into future. Hence the rude awakening she received. She was brave enough to voice her fears with a man who rarely ever listened to her. But the fact that she did meant that she wanted the relation to work. She knows that there is probably going to be no love like that of real lovers. But she wants to be real parents to Ruhi and parents always confer together for their child. They always come together to protect and nurture their children. Ruhi has come from a broken family and Ishita knows that a pretentious family will only maim her daughter more. Also she accepts that the Bhalla 's are her family and she cared for them. Being a Bhalla comes from her marriage to Raman , so how can she ignore him?

Well written and plotted.

Do write more.
