Awesome episode!

Whoever thought of live studio singing as a judging parameter, I salute him. It made things so easy to separate a bad singer from the good competent one. 😊

Loved the singing of Sajda group, Shovon Ganguly, the Rickshaw Man and the Old Uncle... these are the performances I can remember... 😃

Sonu's fart joke was the highlight for me... Literally making me laugh out loud... 😆

I wish they could have shown Geetesh Iyer's performance too... 😔 But anyhow, since he is selected in the Top 26, so it makes things all the more merrier... 😊

Highly entertaining episode, with Sonu Nigam being the X factor in it, like always... 😳

Wait a sec...Geetesh Iyer is in X-Factor 😕 wow I really liked him during Indian Idol...unfortunately he got out at early stage.

From the first group, I think Swagata was the weakest link, even though at first, I thought all of them were great! Swagata was good too, but she strayed a little from the notes, most likely due to nervousness. But that was very slight, and might be negligible.

Hahaha, can you take that Rani group seriously? 😆 Out of all the peppy songs, at this delicate stage, they choose a song like Love Sex Aur Dhokha? 😆 Are they for real? IMO, that ensured an easy victory for the Neel group. Anyways, I was shocked that the Ranis were selected. 😲

I was glad to see some of my favorites selected, that 16 year old girl and that tomboy 😆 Sorry getting used to names 😆 I was also glad to see Amit and Vishal selected 😃

Next came the studio performances: Apart from the tomfoolery, let me get straight to Vishal and tell you that his first attempt at singing in front of a mike was wonderful, such an honest, humble and down to earth guy he is, he sings with pure devotion and honesty too! 👏

The Gujju sisters sounded quite professional and organized. I liked their performance, they had planned it out quite well. Basically, the amalgamation of their voices at various points of the song was very pleasing to hear! 👏

Shovon proved his great range yet again! 👏 He did fluster off track that once, but other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed his singing! 😃 he was definitely better than auditions round! 👏

I do not understand how the 'Udi' gang forgot the lyrics! 😲

Umer(was he in the auditions?) had a clumsy start, but I wouldn't blame him, since most likely he couldn't hear well through the headphones. Regardless, I loved how he improvised to get back on track and stabilized from there; double 👏 👏 for him for that! But 🤣 @ 'faat'

Glad that they showed a precap of Manjeera from the auditions. Well, she has a great voice and great range, I loved her singing! 👏

Also glad to see Eric back after like 4 days! He sung very well, but unfortunately blanked out I don't think the judges should base a decision off of that though!

Wonder why the judges separated that elderly couple, they were a good pair together! Anyways, Kartar ji sounded lovely and sound, but I can tell that he might have range problems; I don't think he can sing very high notes.

PS: Nothing related to music, but I cracked up when one of the contestants who got selected for Goa pointed to a bathtub and said "Isme kya sote hain?" 🤣

I luved today's episode. I don't think I have seen a reality show with the studio concept before. For me, this was something unique.

Today's studio episode was really nice.. for the first time I saw Sonuji getting pissed off at a contestant for forgetting the lyrics.. 😊

What was the fart joke? I think I missed it.
