And witnessed the plight of Draupadi and the love of her husbands clearly in your arresting descriptive style! The intercepting romantic quivers between Bheem and Draupadi added new flavor to the story! Waiting for the next chapter.

Sorry for the delayed acknowledgement. You always remain a sincere reader of my posts and your comments and suggestions enrich me a lot. Thank you very much for supporting me.

PART IV(cont..)

But the path ahead now seems to be more tough and stiff. Small, large gorges here and there, scattered stone chips, broken branches of the trees are there to prevent these strangers to enter in this mysterious land. Some of the aged sages are stumbling so frequently that the Pandavas have to support them physically throughout the journey. The chaotic situation draws their attention from their beloved for some time. But what Draupadi should do now? Her visions is becoming hazy, a strange nausea is pounding within her body. She cannot feel any strength on her legs. She looks at her husbands helplessly. Few hours ago she has assured them to travel with them in equal energy. Now she is in a totally awkward position. She can feel the physical pressure and strain these four princes have to bear for their sake. She does not want to make them overburdened. These confusing thoughts put her on the verge of another calamity; she fails to see the stone slab on her way and stumbles. Within a moment Panchali falls down with a painful, scared scream. Her cry strikes the Giagantic Mountain, senses of the Pandavas like the scorching lashes of current. Nakul was walking just after her, but he is now busy to support an old sage. But her scream has made him taken aback so much that for a while he fails to realize what has happened. But then they all notice the slender form of her lying senseless on the stony surface of the mountain. 'Krishnaa'--- the scared cry of the Pandavas stir the whole land. The name seems to be vibrating everywhere just as their hearts are beating mercilessly. They reach to her within a moment, Nakul picks up her head and notices the deep wound on her forehead. He becomes so shocked and panicky that forgets to aid her for a moment. The wound reminds him that heart breaking moment and plight of Panchali on that fateful day of dice game. Sahadev, too, has lost his patience. Seeing the senseless body of his wife, his senses seem to be ceased. He sits numb beside her. But Bhim cannot control his anguish any more. Since that day of Hastinapore his heart and soul are suffering from a never ending pain and agony which cannot be expressed before others. The sweet smile, the naughty, playful glances of his beloved was his only solace. But now his love is lying senseless before him. He cries out in pain. How can I fail her again?'He kneels beside her, trying to massage her cold, pale palms and uttering her name again and again. But this time, the melodious voice does not respond. Yudhisthir stands behind Bhim. A strange expression is appearing on his face. Perhaps he may not concerned with all these or realize it at all. The dull, confused looks of Dharmaraj cannot even describe the tumultuous feelings of him. From the very beginning of their married Yudhisthir possessed this peculiar anxiety and fear of losing her. He could not understand the reason behind it nor could he express it before Panchali. The horrible massacre at the dice hall had only strengthened the feeling. His soul, his heart and senses always want to hold her tightly to him, never to let her go. But worldly rules and courtesy would never allow it. His wise, rational mind knows all these but how can he console his heart? Draupadi is in swoon, the fanatical behaviors of his brothers has crippled his body and mind once again with that strange fear. Have I lost her again?'---with that very thought the whole world seems to be reeling before his eyes. Bhratasree'! Yudhisthir comes out of his trance. Bhim is looking at him, tears are rolling out of his eyes but the mighty warrior is now totally unaware of it. His helpless eyes perhaps are seeking some solace, some assurance from his elder brother which he always does. But this time Yudhisthir has no word to say. They are just looking at each other's faces.

Panchali needs immediate aid'the voice of sage Dhoumya help them to come out from their helpless condition. Don't waste time, boys. Take her to some safe place and try to bring her sense. Don't get panicky. Try your best. God will sure bless you.'and the sages starts praying for her. Yudhisthir now rushes to her, lifts her on his arms. Nakul places his upper garment just beneath a nearby tree. Yudhisthir places Draupdi on it keeping her head on his lap. Bhim is sprinkling water from the pots of the sages on her face. Nakul and Sahadev are constantly massaging her palms and feet to warm them up. All their love, concern, anxiety are creating a new, unique aura which Panchali and also the nature are longing for.

In fact , the exile of Pandavas in which how they traversed the forest with delicate Draupadi in company was mentioned in a brief manner in Mahabharata. You are describing it with a comprehensive and heartwrenching way , and making us feel the pain and strain of Draupadi and the stress and concern of Pandavas in every detail. A good write-up on Draupadi and her hardships in their exile. Waiting to read the meeting of Pandavas with Sri Krishna in the forest . 😊
