Chandar is interested in Preet and Simran who pretty much wear traditional clothes but he's not a single bit interested in SD who walks around wearing short sleeved, knee length dresses? Is it just me who finds this odd? You'd think this perv would be interested in anything that moves but I guess SD just doesn't do it for him.

Nope. More like because he has a very high sex drive drive. And being the Saint Mahatma he has a very legit reason for raping... Oops!!! Curing these girls. A Mahatma has control over all his desires. People would consider him even greater because he is giving up his body to cure these girls.
