Video in Spotlight - A video is randomly chosen and reviewed throughout the week. The motive is to bring out appreciation and criticism of the VM, which makes a learning process for the VM as well as the maker.

Vidder in Spotlight - A vidder is chosen from the Hall Of Fame and put in spotlight. The motive is to know more about the vidder - his works, inspirations, likes, dislikes, comments, suggestions etc. It is a monthly activity.

We need input from all of you regarding the above. Please give your suggestions and comments here.
New ideas are welcome too.

Defenitely Video in the spotlight. Vidder in the spotlight is equivalent to Vidder of the week. Video of the week gives us a chance to rate and review a video honestly, criticism is extremely important for any vidder to improve, IMO. Let's give this a chance :P
