Salman case okay..But that was accidental.I mean he was drunk.But it isnt like first degree killing.And even if u r rich and famous u can be punished...although it would take a long time..Well I guess so!

sure salmans case was an accident, he didnt do it on purpose, he was drunk and drove over those people...that is not first degree murder but it is definitely second degree manslaughter...the maximum punishment for which is upto 15 years in jail. i'm not saying he should serve 15 years in jail, but letting him off without ANY punishment what so ever just speaks volumes of our pathetic justice system. if someone were to accidentally run over salman khan and kill him, do u think he would be let off so easily??

anyways, i hope vaidehi soon exposes these guyz and justice is done to her and all the others who suffered because of the jaisinghs.
