why is CVs glorifying Tapasya?

I can't think of any valid reasons as to why they are doing that? She is a vamp and needs to be thrown out..she is not even carrying Veer's child !! and now she is acting a the sole protector !!

1. Rashmi and Nandish demanded her role change since they want more screen space and more dominating roles.
2. tina dutta is dumb in real life as she is in reel life.
3. don't know any other reasons ??? anyone knows?
