but what will happen between malhar and kalyani i don't understand anything stay together but what happens to you when the movie starts

This story has a different plot from the original. You can read the plot in page 2 or 3 I think. Then you may understand.

Yes di another point is that malhars change of mind that time was only for his child not for kalayni that point also he hasn't realized the love and importance of kallu. May be in showdown also that part comes out and that makes kallu more angry

Idea:

Thoda sad he but can be used to make their separation and kalaynis determination more stronger.

Kallu can get prego at this time. She may feel that the kid can change everything between her and Malhar. She can wait to tell him the news but when malhar gets to no he is not ready for a parenthood at this young age they can have differences and then argument but by the time malhar realises it is ok and beautiful to have one kallu undergoes an abortion ( due to her sad state and mental physical exhortion) and this like in show can create an mu like kallu may feel malahr did something with her purposefully and feel bad . And this can lead to a huge showdown and then malhar also bitter about the incident can blurt out that he married her due to parental pressure and how he didn't want to settle so early etc etc etc and that night kalayni leaves the house without anyone's knowledge

One day when no body’s at home kalyani calls Malhar as she is having severe pain... but he didn’t reach home at time....

Later when they reach hospital doctor tells them about miscarriage.... and Kalyani get depressed...and one day they had huge argument... she blames him for what all had happened he too gets angry... and she leave...
