Okay, so it is confirmed that Malhar has been Trilok's target all long and he feels Malhar did something to separate him from Divya. So now as revenge, he wants to separate Kalyani from Malhar.

I am unable to understand whether this Divya being Kalyani's lookalike story is real or fake. On one hand, Trilok is clearly obsessed with Kalyani and Suhana is also acting like Kalyani is a lookalike of her mother, so I don't feel like the story is fake. But if you see the scene today of that lady (presumably Divya) talking to Malhar, the story seems fake cause if Divya really does look like Kalyani, then Malhar would have recognized her. Unless all of this happened 2/3 years ago before Malhar met Kalyani. Cause I don't understand how he would be able to make Suhana play along with all of this when she is just a kid.

It's all good. I didn't think what I revealed was anything that we didn't know before except for the reference I made to the new scene. Even then, I tried not to say too much about it. I don't feel like it was too much of a spoiler or anything.

But I do understand what you are saying and I will keep in mind that in mind going forward. :)
