No, it doesn't mean, Kanak knows about the truth about Meera's marriage, its just because, after that heartfelt confession from Uma, she is really torn and distraught inside. She too has the same feelings for Uma, and on one hand, he is asking her to go away, and move forward, and on the other hand he is giving all these confessions, and where Kanak despite feeling soo deeply still, about Uma, is trying her best to built connection with Akshay, hearing Uma is just bringing up old wounds, and hurt feelings, which also includes her strong feelings towards Uma.. she is trying hard to push those away, and Uma's words just keep making it harder for her to get over them.. and focus on Akshay and her new life with him.

Internally she is at a tug-o-war... and Akshay's pushy nature and persistence is just making her feel overwhelmed.. gosh.. if a guy behaved that way, as Akshay is, I wonder if any girl would stick around 😲 😲 . I toh would wanna run away.. as he seems to be coming on too strong.. on a girl, he just met.. not too long ago.. his enthusiasm is just too scary.
