My two cents on working women to be honest I have a lot to say but will try to be brief and ofcourse I am a working like crazy woman in US
For a healthy life we all need healthy diet what we eat and drink are important. For us to be healthy should not eat cold food, microwaved food, reheated food ,frozen food since 90 percent of antioxidant properties of food is gone so what are we eating exactly and now we know it's not healthy.Lets imagine a working woman being able to prepare a healthy meal every time not possible out the window I cook maybe three or four times a week.So this proves modernization and making women work both are not exactly the greatest things that happened. Now thinking only men who allow women work treat them equal that's not right. Its important to share responsibilities of raising a healthy family by both. Now If husband works all day and brings money back and gives it to wife and asks wife to take equal responsibility of taking care of family and home how is it bechari abla and husband not treating them equal doesn't make sense.
A woman in current era is not treated equal at all she has to work, cook, take care of kids, take care of home etc etc and at the expense of everyone's healthy. So are we treated equal now or before when both partners were sharing their responsibilities equally? Now don't think my husband doesn't help or anything he is amazing and helps me a lot But pitching in to help is different from sharing the responsibility equally

but what if in an unfortunate circumstance she loses her husband..or.may be her husband leaves her..i support women working because if she lives totally for.cooking and taking care of what her husband privides her with..she wouldnt be able to.fend for herself if she is alone..or even worse if she has a responsibility of a kid..we cannot be sure about anything in life..so being independent helps women to deal with such circumatance...one shouldnt be totally dependent on the other..be it husband or be it wife..anywork as per requiremnt is to be praticed by all humans equally...

True Deep.
I know working women have to do double work... still it is my choice

Real instance... 5yrs back my best friend's Hubby got hospitalized for 3-4 months...doctors were not able to diagnose...here in USA... she has to girls under 8 yrs of age...

I told her that you are brave ...fighting with the life all by your self...

She said...I can do this because..

.I have well paying job... No worry for bread winning
Our health insurance ...transferred on my job...no worry for bills
My job paying me family care...leave...
only thing is...I can not see Him in this state...that's it..
NO worry for girls education or other...things of life.. my job made this problem of my life easier for me...!!!!

@sanathana123

Women also working does not mean equality.

Equality is women having the choice to work. There's nothing wrong if woman chooses to be a house-wife or working woman as long as it her own choice.

What's wrong is Uma does not give women the choice whether they want to work or not.

Edit:

But because the world is neither perfect nor fair...this means that work for a lot of people is not a thing of leisure but unfortunately a need to survive. The unfairness of this can't be blamed on Equality though.

@deeps07 I totally agree in this current world and culture woman should be independent.I believe our joint family culture played a big role in taking care of each other but Ofcourse that is almost gone too in urban India but continues in rural India. In any system there will be positives and negatives and we have to look at what is the net result clearly the current system and culture has devastating effects and results

Now, just because he told everything to bhabho,...will come out clean of that crime he did?

Now I can not regret Kanak's cheating...He did same thing to her...cheated on KMB registration...he added his name, too.
