When Jo called Surya she is getting the message and she didn't want to leave meassge. She is thinking ---- whether leave message or not. She called and left message just her name and the phone number.

Each time her phone rings she thinks it's him and now the time is night and Surya didn't call she is wondering why he didn't call her back maybe he didn't want to speak to her. She is practised so many scnarios in front of mirror how to answer Surya's questions. Jo's can't concentrate on anything until she solved this problem with Surya. She hopes that he would want the same thing.

(Surya's mom is Lakshmi)

At Surya's home,Surya finds his mom very upset over something. He wants to know the reason.

Surya "What's bothering u?u seem to be very upset"

Lakshmi " Nothing just a head ache. U study properly for ur xams"

He understood tht she was hiding something.She is not revealing it just bcos she thinks tht it wud affect his studies a lot.

So he leaves to his room to study thinking tht somehow he sud find wats bothering his mom and make her happy. After all thts all the sons wish.🙂

He starts studying.He gets a doubt in his lesson so the phone to call his friend.Just then he's aware of the voice message by some girl.😜

He is very happy to know tht its Jo 🙂,but suddenly he remembers his mom's face n his happiness vanishes. He doesnt want to hurt his mom. At the sametime he is not ready to let go Jo.

He has to convey tht he luvs her but he cannot go around with her when his mom is so upset.He is not aware tht his mom can be made happy easily if just follows Jo's ideas😭.

He wants to tell her in person. So he just calls her.He hears sweet "hello"😉.For a minutue he forgot where he was and wat he wanted🥰🥰.He has never heard such sweet hello.😀

Surya without allowing her to talk " I want to meet u for 30 mins"😜

Jo "Shall we go to The Park roof top restuarant"

Surya was not in a mood to enjoy tht fact tht she's coming with him to a nice reatuarant. He didnt think y she called or y she accepted. There was block in his mind cos his hasnt stopped crying yet. What bothers him more is the fact is tht she is hiding it from him.

He had asked Jo to come the restuarant in 1hr. He dresses up normally informs his mom tht he need to buy some book,gets some money from her and goes to meet his ladyluv.

Jo had dressed in her best. (For info the same costume which wore in kakka kakka ennai konjam matri song)

Surya completely forgot about his mom, his fear, and yes for sometime he forgot himself.

Jo enjoys everything🥰🥰. She understands tht she's a good influence on him. She can divert him just like tht. Imm she prays to god tht she wants to hav the same influence on him for ever.😉

Jo thinks tht like her Surya also knows tht she is his mama's daughter. She thought Surya's mom Lakshmi wud've disclosed to Surya.

Jo "What is tht u wanted to tell me?"

Surya hesitates" That..."

Jo " Ok tell what did Athai say?"

Surya is confused" wat athai? who's tht?"

Jo " I'm asking abt ur mom. She is my athai rt?"

Surya a bit relieved thinks tht how well she has to proposed me.😆😆

He just smiles as an answer. 🥰

Jo " I've got a plan to join brother and sister"

Surya now is even more confused and asks "brother sister wat r u talking about?"

Jo "R u not aware of the between my dad and athai"

Surya "No i'm not. Y sud they fight wat connection they've got towards each other?"

Jo "they r brother and sister.As athai married a person of her wish.My dad stopped talking with her. They met today in Brindha's house after so many years.Athai wanted to be in good terms with my dad.He hurt athai talking the past.So she was crying"

Surya is fully relieved now. Cos for him this seems to a small issue and he has Jo to make his mom happy 🙂.

Surya took Jo's hand and dragged her to his bike. Jo "Where r we going"

Surya "Keep quiet and follow me"

Jo liked the bike ride with Surya. She rested her cheek on his back.🥰,a hand on his shoulder.

Surya enjoyed every bit of her closeness.😜

They reached Surya's home. Lakshmi was happy/shocked to see Jo.

Jo imm touches Lakshmi's feet to get her blessings.

Lakshmi "I wish u all happiness"

Jo " Is tht all athai?"

Lakshmi " wat else ma?"

Jo " Bless me tht I sud be ur daughter in law."😀

Lakshmi sees Surya's face with happiness. Surya blushes.😀.Lakshmi is even more happy to see Surya.

Surya started luving Jo even more cos she has brought happiness in her mother's face.

Lakshmi to Jo "will ur father accept?"

Jo " my mom has already accepted"🙂

This was a pleasant surprise to both Surya and lakshmi.

Surya to Jo "Hey u wanted some book rt" he 😉ed at her.

Jo understood his signal 😜." yes I want it"

Surya " I have it come to my room" 😜😉

Jo follows him to his room.

Surya takes Jo's hand and caresses and says I'm so happy.

Jo "Me too"

Surya "Pls give me one kiss to celebrate this"😉

Jo - "Potassium Iodide Disulphide" will be served only after marital bonding. Surya blinks on hearing this.
Jo - I never thought you would be a tube-light like this..Brush up on Chemistry and decode it..Do call me up once you interpret the message..

Surya goes to library for the first time in his college life to refer Chemistry books to get the real meaning of Jo's statement..After spending few hours, it dawned on him to look for Symbols in the Modern Periodic Table. He then calls up Jo to discuss about his findings and continues his "Kadalai" on and on..

Kadalai grows day by day and they enjoyed every bit of their nonsensical/sweet nothing conversation..They even shared things happened during their kinder garten days..(All Dubaakoors/Kapsas/Junks/et al)..

One day, Surya bunked the early morning class as he was putting overnight kadalai with Jo..He visits boys' hostel to borrow subject/class notes from his c(g)lassmates..In the hostel room, his friends are engrossed watching a Mid-Night English Masala movie and Surya happily joins them.

He is very excited after watching the movie and calls up Jo to share his excitement at half past two in the morning..Jo attends the call in a sleepy mode..

Su - Hey, Innaikku enna panna?
Jo - Analyzed pros and cons of the US-India nuclear deal..
Su - Enna Nakkala?
Jo - Night 2:30 kku call adichu bore aa kelvi ketta ippadi than bathil solla mudiyum..interesting aa edhaavadhu pesu da..
Su - Sari..Let me ask you something interesting..Have you ever watched any English movie?
Jo - No..English movies are not good..
Su - How can you say that without watching a movie?
Jo - I have seen such posters in theaters..
Su - Good..I don't have to start from ground zero then..Naan unkitta edhuvum hide pannathila..Let me make a confession to you..I watched non-veg English movie for the first time today with my friends in college hostel..Naa non veg padam paarthadhu thappa?? right aa?? nee idhu pathi enna ninaikara??

Jo understands his mischievous mood and responds: Enakku Thookam varudhu..Apram pesuvoma? 😉

Next day at the College Jo reminds Surya , they have to unite brother and the sister first, before they plan to go an English movie. Surya agrees with little hesitation.

Surya says first he has to impress her dad and gain a very good impression about him, so he will have good hopes about him and his family. Jo agrees and tell him all her father's likes & dislikes...

Surya said he will start to work on that from that day... not aware of the path which he is taking is very rough road with lots of detours and with a dead end if miss one turn correctly...

Will he reach the destination, i mean impress Jo's dad?

Jo's dad's name is Raman.

Surya completes his xam. He has done it well 😊 , inspite of his late night calls to Jo😛.

Next semester he has to do project. He is doing automobile engg. His mama,Raman has an automobile spare parts manufacturing company😉. So Surya plans to do his project in his mama's factory.

He shows his project design to tht company's engr. Tht engr likes Surya's enthu more than the project.

So he recommends Surya's name to his boss. Raman was not interested. But tht engr suggests they cud make him sign acontract to work for tht company at a not so good salary. Imm Raman accepts.

They were surprised to see Surya accepting tht offer to work after completing his engg. Poor boss is not aware of Surya's real project😆. Raman's manager who knows raman from childhood says something in Surya reminds him of young Raman. Boys resembling mamas is normal 😛. But they r not aware of Surya-Raman relationship. Raman after tht manager's comment started liking Surya unconditionally 😃.

But thts not going to make their job easier but a lot more tougher 😕.
