Bani: Chalo Tarun kahi bahar chalte hain.

Jai: Bye. Mujhe office jaana hain.

Bani: Lekin tumne kaha ki aaj chuti hain.

Jai: Tum bimaar thein tho mein tumhe akele kaise chod sakta hoon but now you're fine so I guess I'll be getting back.

Aditya: Jai I need to talk to you about something.

Jai: Aa raha hoon Aditya uncle. Aparajit tum yahaan...

Bani: Let me guess Rashi ne kuch bheja hain na?

Aparajit: Exactly.

Pushkar: Kya hain iss mein?

Aparajit: Khud hi dekh lo.

Jai: Wow! Halwa. Thanks aur Rashi ko bhi mera thanks kehna.

Pushkar: Vaah, itna tasty hain!

Jai: Bye, aao Aditya Uncle.

Jai: Kya baat hain Aditya Uncle aap itna dukhi kyon nazar aa raha hein.

Aditya: Jai, company bahut saari losses hua hain aur phir voh paisa, do you know Jai uss paise se Pushkar ek mine mein invest kar raha tha tho humne socha ki Diamonds bahar aa jayegi lekin sirf kachra nikal gaya. I'm sorry Jai lekin company tho doob raha hain.

Jai: Aditya what are you saying abhi maine manager se baat hui hain voh keh raha tha ki sab kuch teek chal raha hain.

Aditya: Voh juut bol raha tha.

Jai: Ab mein kya karoon.

Aditya: Kaam dhoondo Jai.

Jai: That's alright lekin aggar kisi ne mujhe dekha tho, I don't have a problem with that but aggar kisi ne mujhe dekha tho kaun mera company pe invest karega. Sab log kahenge: Dekho vohi aadmi hain jisse kisi aur se under kaam kar raha hein, yeh meri zulm aur company ke liye accha effect nahin padega.

Aditya: Lekin tumhe karna padhega. Aur koi raasta bacha hi nahin.

Jai: Mein garage mein kaam dhoond loonga. Vohi se thora paisa aa jayega aur nighttime mein kisi restaurant ya club mein kisi ke waiter bana loonge uss mein se aur paisa aa jayega.

Aditya: Jai tum paagal ho itne kum paise mein hum kya karega?

Jai: Don't worry mein aur kuch intezzam karoonga.

Aditya: Kya karoge Jai?

Jai: Mujhe yeh bhi patta nahin.

Pushkar: Mein bhi kaam karoongi.

Jai: Nahin Pushkar tumhari image kho.

Pushkar: Nothing will happen, you don't worry.

(Jai found a job in the garage and now he's working there to earn a salary)

(Tarun arrives with a bunch of friends and Bani)

(Jai has to go and attend to them)

Bani: Jai tum yahaan kya kar rahe ho?

Jai: Bani... (he told her the whole story)

Bani: I'm so sorry Jai.

Jai: You don't have to be but let me put the petrol in now.

Tarun's friend: Isn't that Jai Walia.

Tarun's friend 2: Yah that is Mr. Jai Walia the handsomest tycoon.

(They laugh)

Bani: Tarun kuch ki jiye. Jai ka itna bada badnaam ho raha hein aur tum ho ke chup jaap beht rahe thein.

Tarun: So what did you expect me to do?

Bani: Defend him of course.

Tarun: Sorry Bani mein aisa nahin kar sakta.

(Bani got off the car)

Bani: You're so selfish.

(She ran after the sobbing Jai)

Bani: Jai..Jai.
Jai: Kya hua?
Bani: Please don't feel bad, they were only kidding.
Jai: What only kidding, I mean look at me, I've reached to rock bottom.
Bani: Jai listen to me, you are still India's most Handsomest Tycoon.
Jai: Bani, I was that Jai Walia who always lived with his head held high in the air but now I'm actually hanging my head.
Bani: So what Jai? Jai you're not a failure. There's still many people who love you. Look at Pushkar, Aditya Uncle, Aparajit, Rashi, Sahil and his family, Piya. Oh yes and there's me. Jai no matter what happens I will still be your frieind.
(The tearful Jai quickly grabbed Bani and hugged her)
Bani: Now no more tears.
Jai: Arey! They're gone but why are you still here.
Bani: Because I'm upset with them for insulting you.
Jai: Bani for me you did this. Thanks so much.
Bani: Wait! Tumhi ne toh kaha hein Dosti mein no Sorry no Thank You. Right?
Jai: Right. Accha I'll see you later. I was thinking why don't you come to my house for dinner.

Bani: Ya, that sounds great.

(At home)
Jai: Pushkar is everything alright, Bani is coming for the first time for dinner na?
Pushkar: Kitne baar tumne ye sawaal mujh se poocha. Jai just chill! Everything is flowing well.
(Ding Dong)
Jai: That must be Bani.
(Jai goes to receive the door)
Jai: Hello.....
Tarun: Hi Jai.
Bani: Hi Jai. Actually Jai I'm so sorry that Tarun came along suddenly but I hope you don't mind.
Jai: No not at all actually I called Aparajit, Aditya Uncle, Rashi, Sahil aur uski saali aur biwi and Piya and her younger sister.
Bani: Oh then that's fine.
Jai: Aao na andhar aao.
Tarun: Ya.
Pushkar: Hi Bani. Hi Tarun.
Bani: Hi Pushkar.
Jai: Come let's sit.
Tarun: After you madam.

In time Aprajit and his wife Rashi came in and sat down at the dinner table. Then followed by Aditya and Jigs. Then came Piya and her younger sister. After all the hellos finally Sahil and family joined. They all went to sit down at the table. Just then Pushkar had an idea and whispered it into Aditya and Aparajit's ear. Aparajit excused himself and went into the room where Aditya and Pushkar met him.

Aparajit called Tarun's phone.
Aparajit: This Mr. Q. Q Quereshi, I heard that you have a big business in which I want to invest in and I want you to come over immediately so we could talk some of the details.
Tarun: Oh okay sure. I'll meet you at the Sunfeast hotel.
Aparajit: Okay.
Tarun: But how will I recognize you.
Aparajit: Ummm! I'll have two mangoes in my hand and you have two mangoes in your hand.
Tarun: Mangoes… Accha teke. Bye!!!

Tarun: I'm sorry baby but I need to go and deal with some business.
Bani: No that's okay.
Tarun: Sorry Jai maybe some other time.
Jai: No that's okay Tarun.
Tarun: Sorry everybody. Bye!
Everyone: Bye!!!!

Bani looked a bit upset with what happened and Jai was busy serving everybody and he saw a seat empty next to Bani and felt bad for her and was thinking she made the wrong decision. Jai then went and sat next to Bani and held her hand. She smiled at him. He smiled at her. Then Bani picked up some of the food and put a piece of it in Jai's mouth and Jai repeated that action. Pushkar was smiling broadly watching them as he never saw Jai so happy before.
