Need advise for LOw Carb Diet

I need advise from someone who has tried the low carb diet cuz i want to lose weight which I gained from stress so please tell me how much weight you lost and whether you recommend me to try it

Do Low Carbohydrate Diets Work?

However, the majority of weight loss comes from loss of water and muscle tissue, not fat which is what you need to lose to keep the weight off.
