Phool means flower, kada means thorns..

Literally: In eyes of flowers, the world is full of flowers and in eyes of thorns, world is full of thorns.

However you are, you will perceive the world accordingly!!

That’s certainly one way to look at it 😆 but I think the closest English equivalent would be, “what you see depends not only on what you look at but also on where you look from.”
