I would say the ones who have aged elegantly / gracefully and not necessarily with cosmetic help would be 

Amitabh, Hema Malini, 

then...Anil Kapoor, Suniel Shetty, Karisma, Raveena, Sonali, Hrithik, Akshay, the late Irrfan. Maybe more but right now these names come to my mind immediately.

Lips lose collagen as you age. Thats where lip fillers actually come into use, its not to inflate your lips and make them the size of balloons.

Celebs generally get collagen masks and stuff done regularly tho. And if Karishma gains a bit of weight, she will look drastically more youthful. Either ways I love her.
