She was always ugly but now she is downright hideous !

More than her looks , its the way she carries herself - she looks like a mean, self-centered , narcissistic creature ( she was always one but now it seems amplified somehow ) .. motherhood absolutely doesn't suit her .. It has changed her for the worst ..

This is why I never believed the jaw surgery rumors. Her jaw is ever expanding and it makes her look really ugly. She's always had a manly jaw but now it's showing even more.

She took a toll on herself by crash dieting I suppose.
Drastic weight loss ages you in no time. Her skin used to be radiant before and it just looks so dull. Her eyes look so deep-set due to uneven fat distribution.

She looks very masculine...harsh features...due to cosmetic surgery...her arm fat is there, but her face skin is pulled tight..there is no natural weight loss of that sort...one loses weight all.over..and if she is gyming so much then she should.lose weight from arms too..not the waist only!! And the face looks starved.

I really hope newbies considering plastic surgery to shave their jaw or alter their facial structure will consider what happens...after seeing Deepika and Kareenas now photos. It is extremely difficult to maintain the cosmetic look due to Nature's natural ageing. The flesh just collapses inwards or downwards. Even her nose, it's looking more like Salmans than her own. !!

That lipstick colour makes super light skin/pale people look washed out and aged (esp with little make up she is wearing possibly only mascara) and it doesn't work with her lip shape.

Basically a bad lipstick choice can add years to ur face, combine that with extreme dieting/smoking/drinking then you have a disaster waiting to happen.
