I want to say that Naz meant to say that she loves Salim, because it wouldn't fit for her to suddenly realize that she actually loves Imaan, and her emotions didn't betray that, I don't think. But if that was the case, Salim should have said, "Main jaan ta hoon," or something, but he said, "Main jaan ta tha," right? So that sounds weird.

I think Naaz was about to say she loves Salim...and Salim meant he knew it... No one s gonna tell a person n his last moment that she is loving sum1 else...so logically it shud b Salim...and Salim might be knowing it as he was always with her the last 17 years..

He was in a critical condition and coughing blood...may beshe might have got a feeling that he is gonna die... and moreover she told Harleen that she loves Salim amd never got confessed it...so she shud have thought its her last chance to admit it and Salim behaved like he already knew it

I think she meant Salim only. But it's shown throughout the series that Naaz has never voiced it till now, except to Harleen.

She meant ...I love you Salim ,her convo with Harleen where Naaz says that she wanted to let know Salim how much she loves him indicates this .
