Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande's breakup had become the talk of the town.After their split, grapevine has it that Ankita was completely shattered and was not ready to accept the separation. But seems like Ankita has moved on and is in her happy space right now. In fact she is cordial with her ex Sushant. Their infamous breakup almost proved that they might never cross each other's part. She has also been receiving interesting film offers. She was also in talks with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for an interesting proposition. Sadly that didn't work out. But there are lot more". Talking about Sushant and Ankita's breakup reason, it was speculated that Ankita's lack of zeal for work and clingy nature and Singh's closeness with his co-star Kriti Sanon resulted in a crack in their relationship. Another reason that made the rounds was Ankita's alcoholic nature. Reports suggested that she was very much addicted to alcohol and paid less attention to work. Their breakup was quite a big shock as the duo shared plans of marriage and even confirmed with the media that they were to get hitched this year itself. However all these reports didn't go well with Sushant and he had posted a tweet with the confirmation of their breakup, "Neither she was an alcoholic nor I am a womaniser . People do Grow apart & its unfortunate. Period!!".
