I was talking to my sister yesterday while we were watching IKRS on tv.. yes I made her..😆 but during the break, she asked me why is ishq safed? Why is the show called IKRS?..

It made me think there are so many interpretations on the forum about colour symbolism and stuff. I mean, doesn't it just show the beauty of the concepts, of what we are all becomming slowly if not already, hooked on to?😳

For me, what I love about the title and the whole conceot is the idea of white. Love can have no boundaries.. and I believe everybody in their own little way is capable of love.. being loved and loving. It doesn't matter if someone is a widow, a divorcee, a singleton.. life gives every individual experiences.. tbh ny own perspective is that god gives us all trials and different things to go through.. but it is the actions, the intentions of our choices that make us who we are.. so can ishq, can love really have a colour? Love can definitely lighten or in some cases, darken one's life.. but what about the colour?

I think my point is.. what do you think of the title?.. and you can go deeper😉

If we go philosophically everyone life is just like a white paper it depends on us what color we choose to fill our life with 😊
Spiritually white stands for divinity and purity just like water
On the whole ishq ka rang safed can be said love which is unconditional and selfless emotion whose color is white which stands for purity 😊

Brilliant post.

I have personally felt that love never really had any colour as its such a pure feeeling that usually happens without any instigation and mostly unknowingly.

I love the serial's title and feel that for Viplav and Dhani love is the colour white as both of them are such pure souls who althought should not find love with each other due to social norms , do just that. As love has not boudries and you never know when it happens.

hey jbutt aishu is right...every individual has his own choice of choosing the color to make his life colorfully...

But white color easily mixes with any color.for the first time this serial is depicting that white color is as beautiful as other colors...here viplav falls in love with a girl whose life is full of only white color...dhaani has pure heart...

he just wants to add more colors in her life so that she will also live like other people...

One thing I love is the constant colour that is being applied.. like red in the promo, Viplav throwing colours ob her.. a massive massive.. i don't even know what to say!!! My heart is just warm😭
