I think the major reason for this lack of intensity in the last few weeks (and this is just my analogy) is owing to the fact that, the CV's want to bring in a lot of lose ends together before tying.
See, as we understand as of now, Nikhil will be the next villain and Abhi's career will be at a low due to him (expected next track?) but before his character picks up strength, the CV'S need sublime Aaliya-Tanu's impact on AbhiGya's life.
So I think, unless and until RaBul wedding reaches its high point, where I guess either Aaliya will get to separate RaBul or maybe find a way to torment the couple after marriage (So Aaliya's focus shifts away from AbhiGya for the time being) or maybe during RaBul wedding Aaliya will finally get caught again (planning kidnapping/kidnapping/getting Abhi shot by mistake/planning to kill Pragya etc) - which ever way - point is, for the pregnancy track to have its high-volt impact, I feel the CV's are relying on a lot of sub-plots, in the backdrop of which RaBul wedding track is progressing (You see RaBul are leads too, and they can't hurry away with their track either) so the stretch is inevitable and the focus of the story is on both couples, as a result, I think AbhiGya is getting less screen space and whatever they are getting, it is being utilised to stretch the track (CV's can't stretch the intensity phase for weeks and weeks nah - as Abhi is a volatile character, he wouldn't take stress for weeks, he would blurt out sooner or later) - so his character is given breathing space so even he can withhold till the climax - I think.
Maybe if this track was a single leading track like the MMS or Kidnapping, then it would have been shorter and more intense - something we all would have loved.
For now, I am disappointed yes, but I am hoping a maha-episode is on it's way and it won't disappoint us when so many things happen at the same time!!
And who knows maybe Racho will finally deliver a baby elephant (due to long gestation period) too!! 😆😆
