How Mrs.Bhalla is a reason for Lakshmi's death

I saw some of the articles as to Ishita finding truth, but i don't understand as to how Mrs Bhalla is reason for laksmiz death.. Can some one explain please :)

Is there any relation b/w Mrs bhallas Canada trip and laxmi's death...

They were on the same flight Lakshmi was sitting in the window seat and Toshi next to her.. Toshi asked her to open the window. Lakshmi told her "do you think I am stupid!? No one can open windows on a plane!" Just then the Pilot anounced that they are almost reaching destination and the sky was clear and weather was beautiful outside..Lakshmi told Toshi "wow! I will just go for a stroll and come..."

Now Subbu is angry on Toshi and take revenge because Lakshmi went out of the airplane without wearing her chappals. Toshi noticed it then but still not remind Lakshmi to wear her chappals before going for a stroll...

I have read a few articles where it was said that subbu has come to take revenge bcoz of Mrs. Bhalla and everyone is saying its raman's mom who is Mrs. Bhalla...how about his wife is she not Mrs. Bhalla too?? or am I asking a stupid question here?? 😳
