With the current storyline of CV's trying to portray Babasa and Suraj as super Villians I was wondering ,Making Babasa grey/negative was still acceptable for a while but why twist with Suraj then I realized this is how makers have also portrayed Suraj i.e taking the longer pain bearer root i.e the one who takes all the pain keeps it within himself and can go to any extreme for the 2 persons he loves the most Bhabo and Sandy.

I feel the makers through Suraj are trying to use the "make Sandhya ji hate me so that she can be happy" approach which suraj used at the every start with a twist this time "make Sandhya ji hate me so that she can do her duty without the burden and restrictions of family and at same time make my family realize that Sandy is a great ASP on duty and a wonderful bahu at home."

I remember shouting to Sandy when RK was threatening at gun-point in that climax not to give up on her duty and he has always maintained that and if any mishap happens he holds himself accountable for that.

Sandy is his both strength and weakness,strength as she is the vitamin that can make a local halwai realize his potential and become world's best chief and his weakness that if anyone even from his own family blames her he will go to any extent to make it right even though the path would be pain-painstakingly hard and suicidal (make Sandhya hate me or behave rude and harsh with her) .

And again the weakness part of Suraj has taken over.He is still in a state of trauma.

I think having seen Sandhya nearly succumb to that jeep bomb blast and at same time Bhabo gun shot, the 2 woman in his life that he loves the most at 2 different ends in danger has I think totally made him unstable.This instability + his weakness of taking painstaking approach has made him look a Zombie at the moment.

I dont think anyone in RP will know this except eventually Sandy.

Clearly from today's episode it looked clear - he was emotionless looked lost,no clarity of thought and a weird dangerous calmness where his mind has stopped thinking and is trapped with the guilt of seeing the 2 woman he loves the most suffer - one with physical injury his mother and one with mental torture his wife.

I am certain that in future epis they will show Suraj either sitting in his room like a Zombie re-collecting his moments with Sandy and speaking within himself as why he is doing this or burst out alone in the room about the same.

One of the reasons I see makers doing this is coz in the articles it was mentioned that they were not sure what was next track after the hijack track and they needed something big to keep the TRP game going and be on top i.e OMG moment with a twist which is Suraj.I guess this track will go for a while till the makers figure out what is next in the life of Surya.

this itself is a good sign

you are right

two people who he loves the most

in danger at two ends

his mind gets stuck with the last incident

bb getting shot

and forgets the prev one, sandy safe

it would be good to see some doc in our forum coming out with some explanation for this unstable condition of suraj

Looks like its TRP game after all.The more heat Suraj is getting for his behavior the makers are thinking the TRP will be sustained for them to be at top.

I feel they are not sure what big they can do next and hence the emotional separation track.With bollywood singers roped in to sequence a special emotional song confirms me that they want this track to be bigger than the Hijack track and all this song etc gives them time to figure out how to move forward.

With Neelu ji not quitting they might need to change the storyline to involve Bhabo as central character in re-uniting Surya for which they are going to make Suraj take more heat for his behavior and in the end it might be revealed that either he was mentally disturbed and not well or some other reason for him acting like this.

Unfortunately in all this Suraj character is being assassinated for TRP's.

Hope the makers have a valid explanation for such a behavior ,I am sure they will otherwise neither they will get TRP nor Diya baati meaning would valid for the show.

For the sake of TRP they have butchered Suraj's character.

Has Raajkumar's spirit possessed Suraj?

And is taking revenge on Sandy?

TRP ke liye kuch bhi karega hai kya?

Thats the TRP game I believe.But the makers know that if they are going have Suraj take lot of heat for his behavior they need to have a stronger reason otherwise the show wont sit at top of the TRP race and I am sure they are aware of it.

From the way its heading I think Suraj is going to be shown mentally disturbed further or something like that after separating from Sandy.Already signs are there from his behavior and it might get worse after this and in the end staying away Sandy might help cure Suraj which might make RP to re-call her back and may be this time Bhabo might be instrumental/supporting medium in bridging the gap between Sandy and RP.Looks like roles exchanged between Bhabo and babasa.

I wonder isnt Sandy pregnancy a big enough track.If they indeed wanted to show separation why not use this track as the main theme and keep it between Surya instead of dragging whole RP drama along with it. Looks like nothing can happen in Surya life without RP associated.

@bold : I seriously didn't think in these lines. high chances are there to show this now because in today's episode I didn't feel Suraj is doing acting. he was plain passive and expressionless neither hurt nor angry. but the thing that is bugging me is he is normal with rest of the family and with fellow passengers who visited his house. only with Sandy he is behaving this way 😭

Seriously they should come up with really strongest reason to convince his behavior. otherwise show will loose all its essence.

I thought after watching tody's episode, two things could have happened:

1. Suraj blaems himself because he did not listen to Sandhya when she told him to stay in the plane, and because of that Bhabo came out - this means he not only put Bhabo in danger, he could have put Sandhya too in danger - and Rk wants to take revenge on Sandhya by hurting her family, if she is not with the family, then no one can use that against her

2. He heard babasa and did not want Sandhya to go thru that so he is doing to make sure Sandhya can do her job with out any pressures

I hope this is why he is acting

I really hope they do not use Bhabo to be a bridge between surYa - they have to somehow figure by themselves

I do not mind if they bring Masa from the village - she colud for a change hit Babasa instead of Bhabo and she will be a great moral support for Sandhya

Regarding Bhabho playing cupid I 100% agree with you. I don't want bhabho now to become some Jagan Mata and save their marriage. SurYa doesn't need any help from any one. bhabho the cruel lady used every trick in her book to destroy their relation and they with their love, support and never ending trust with stood all and created a unique and beautiful bond between them 😭

now bhabho will become their ultimate savior NO and BIG NO 😡 I want only SurYa to solve their issues. morning also I wrote in another thread the same.

jsingh12 - that is what my hope is for Suraj - I do not want character assassination - Cvs are so good at that -

I go back and watch old episodes - the way Suraj is and his honest, his faith in God - make me think he is acting - I really hope he is

I do not want Bhabo to come in between - even if she finds out, I hope she realizes to stay away from this

atleast CVs should have some sense to do that

you know what ? Bhabho is the only solution now to Sandy /Suraj's problem. Love if there ever was went out of the window when Suraj pushed away Sandy's hand.

I was surprised when Sandy did not notice Suraj's actions and his face when he did that.

Things have gone beyond repair between Sandy/Suraj and what love is there left for them to patch up?

If it hurts your self respect to make Bhabho play cupid now if there is a solution that is through Bhabho playing cupid.

Because Suraj's actions are unforgivable. Not letting Sandy know that he is "sacrificing" her when he left her at police quarters.

There is going to be no Diya aur baati now. Suraj and his actions have wiped the whole Diya aur baati stuff.

Bhabho may have been whatever in the past. She could have tried to keep Sandy and Suraj apart. But now keeping them together is not the thing. Showing Sandy her unconditional support and her understanding of Sandy's plight in spite of the whole hijack drama and near death experience she bhabho can beat some sense into bbsa and Suraj about how great a service Sandy did as a police officer.

Bhabho can redeem her character no matter what she had done in the past in their lives.

and for that matter for Suraj's sake she would like to keep Sandy/Suraj together. for her son's sake.

As for Maasa from the gaon she may be nice to Sandy. But the lady was pretty rude to Bhabho which is the same as Bhabho being rude to Sandy. In fact she was much ruder to bhabho than bhabho ever was to her DILs.

And the mean lady what would she do under the circumstances one never knows.

What is the point in all this? Suraj dug his own grave.
