Radhika,
For this part and the research skills of the CV's. I have one comment to make here.
Some time back a letter was sent to Zee TV, about the enquiry of the storyline.
I am sorry to disclose it today, that the reply came from Zee, and was an official reply, and The reply was devoid of any major explanation.. The reply to the questions asked , had Direct picked up contents from the OLD Wikipedia Page of Mariam-Uz-Zamani. More than what was replied is KNOWN to Majority of us on the Forum..😕
I hope this clarifies about their research skills. I really do not THINK that NOW, the original set of researchers work with BT..!!. 😳 Esp. after noticing the recent views about their EPIC Salim-Anarkali Love Story.
This is plain pathetic and immoral but expected. Why would the CVs waste their time and money on extensive historical research when their highly fictionalized creative liberty is fetching them skyrocket trps? Also, the general audience(not on the forum) has no major idea about the real events,so their ignorance is a bliss for the CVs.This is no Mahabharat or Ramayana where many people are aware of the events. If I had not read any of your beautifully written, detailed historical posts,I would not have felt bad about the distortion of history.Your posts deserve👏.
Why to sweat and work hard on showing true history when they can laze around with huge NRs and wikipedia and still get away with it without much resistance and protest with a bonus of huge trps and public appreciation? Moral responsibility towards the historical characters is not a criteria to be taken seriously by the CVs!!
Not only history,in general nothing of any field/profession is taken seriously by any Indian serial including JA.For example, I have quite some knowledge about the medical field and the concept of medicine portrayed by the hakimas in JA or even by any medical Indian tv show is simply atrocious and an insult to medicine where I can point out a billion mistakes and obviously the field is never researched and creative liberties are taken.Same goes with every other field and history too.
CVs make a historical for entertainment only and show little interest in guiding people towards the correct historical events which is very sad.
