Paro understands English?

Doctor says cover one eye and she does it BUT when he says daya and baya she is confused????? Surely she knows ...his hand is hurt and she was advising him on which hand to wear the watch in the last episodes. COME on creative writers give us credit. We watch the shows with passion and dedication. Would have proffered if they had retained his ego and showing off his love with pride. Paro is shown tooo dumb. It's a good story don't kill it. As someone said do they have two writers writing different episodes?
