Relieved Veeba's track is not being rushed!

I was skeptical to watch the episode given the mixed reviews but after finally having the chance to watch for myself I actually liked it! I was wondering what the CVs were upto when they showed Baldev confessing his love for Veera before having a scene of realization, thankfully now I know why. Baldev is not in love with Veera yet, its more of being in love with the idea of love. Had Baldev been in love with Veera then his heart would've broken into a million pieces by her rejection but that was not the case and that is a good thing. I want to see Baldev going through the motions that come with being in love, I want to see a scene where he questions why he's fallen so hard for a girl he once hated and thanks to this twist that scene is still possible


As for Veera, she reacted exactly the way I expected her to. Veera did not realize Baldev was serious so she laughed it off but will she be laughing when Baldev continues to pursue her? Or will she slap him like spoilers indicated she would?? Honestly as much as I dread to see her slap him, the slap could work as an advantage since it brings back the intensity and provides a different layer to their love story after all we can't see the comedy element all the time. I look forward to what the future holds for this couple, especially since the CVs are full of surprises with the twists they show.

Totally agree with you!😊 I'm glad CVs aren't rushing with VeeBa's love story. I liked that they showed how Baldev himself hasn't really fallen in love with Veera yet.

I don't know if the slap will happen or not but I do look forward to seeing some intensity return to their pairing. The comedy is good, it makes me smile and I find Baldev to be adorable but I don't want comedy to be the only aspect in their love story and Veera will only started seeing a different side of Baldev once she starts taking him seriously. I want her to see the different shades to his character, for her to slowly understand him

I agree with most of your points...I also read all the comments before watching the episode tonight and kind of didn't know exactly what we'd be getting...but I'm relieved!!!

It was great Veeba!!! Ballu's "confession" if we can even call it that, Veera's appropriate reaction and then Baggi's interference...it was great ( well I wanted to punch Baggi for their stupid logic, but that's beside the point)...

The only part I disagree with you is the part about Ballu "being in love with the idea of love"...I don't think that's it...I think he really liked the idea of Veera being in love with him, but his concept of love is skewed (his description was such a fitay moo moment, eh?! Lol)...

I still hold that. Ballu loves Veera...deep down...so deep down that even he doesn realize the depth of his emotion...once he realizes what he feels and how much he feels I think he'll frighten himself and then won't know how to handle it!!! I think Veera will have to show him how 😃

Yesterday's episode cleared all misconceptions I guess. Baldev is not in love. He was just excited at the possibility that his enemy might be in love with him. I just saw his big fat ego being hurt. But did not see a hurt Baldev. The only time I felt he was genuinely attracted to her was during Baldev ke dil me baji guitar scene. Again that was only attraction not love.
Even I watched the epi with a lot of doubts in my mind. But post the epi I just felt Veeba are going to start from square 1. Looks like we are going to be back to the mata ki chowki days.
I don't mind a slap at all if it can bring back the intensity.
And this time around something makes me feel Veera will fall for him first and Baldev would be oblivious to her feelings.. They wouldn't show a smitten Baldev to start off with since it looks like a fresh start. And he doesn't understand the meaning of love. So it is fitting that she falls first and makes him realize the worth of the same.
All in all I am excited for the future track. And rushing love stories is a big no no for me, You can close other tracks in 2 weeks but definitely not love stories because they need development. I love the development of feelings more than the romance after that. So if either one of them had been in love without proper explanation or footage given to the same, it would have been a big put off.

I really don't know what to make of the spoilers...slap or no slap??? Although it may work in favour of VeeBa in the bigger picture, I'm actually not looking forward to it, lol. But yes, it could result in intensity level rising ;) That would make good viewing.

Me too!!! I'm not sure if we are getting the slap or not...but if we are I know that'll mean super intense Ballu and a whole bunch of drama, which I'm excited about...I still don't want a slap though!!! I'm not a fan of slapping...and especially on the sweet cheeks of our Ballu baby? Hells no!!!

Yesterday's episode defn cleared a lot of things .. CVs tried to show how Baldev isn't really in love.. Maybe he loves her deep down but he hasnt realised it yet.. I am eagerly waiting to watch Baldev's next step now.. Mazza aayega.. I hope after the end of this track we get our intense VeeBa back 😳

Im really happy that he still doesnt realise the extent and depth of his feelings!
Technically he's still not in love with her!
He thinks that since she's in love with him so its his so called zimmedari to love her back!
Matlab this whole thing of his enemy falling in love with him fascinated him so much that it just inflated his ego and so he thought that he shld love her back too out of obligations!
This proves that he doesnt understand wat love is actually!
Love never happens out of obligations or ego...love is always unconditional!
So yes his ego was hurt wen she rejected him...but had he been loving her truly his heart wld have broken into thousand pieces...but that didnt happen!

Im really looking forward to the slap!
That wld bring back the old angry and mean Baldev back!
Enough of comedy and light hearted moments...their lovestory needs the intensity now!
Its obvious after the slap he'll go back to his actual self and will deffo plan something against Veera for revenge!
Matlab we are coming back to square one!
But he genuinely and deeply does care for her...that is obvious too!
So it will be worthwatching...how far he cld go to hurt her without hurting himself in the process!
Ofcourse he wont be able to hurt her in any major way!
This will force him to question himself...but he wont accept the fact that he has fallen for her!

From Veera's pov...I guess she wld feel guilty for humiliating him infront of everyone especially since she knws he was always with her in the time of grief...but she's also got ego...so wont accept it!
But maybe she starts taking him seriously!
Or maybe in due course of some unexpected situations she starts seeing him in a new light...she starts discovering the real Baldev...the side she has been oblivion to till now!
And this might make her fall for him!

This lovestory has so much potential!
It can be an epic story...if handled properly!
