Nana might be better. It's very funny .

I won in the court . Judge threw case out of court . Scolded the jerk . He actually watched 6 hours of tape . Unedited . And was sure that nothing was wrong . Scolded my residence for using F world evey 5 minute ( He wasn't in the OR easy to say ) praised our efforts and engery during surgery .

He asked me if I want to say anything ? I took this apportunity and told him that I want to talk to pts family . He agreed . I told his wife that my residents deserve wriiten apology and thank you note . I don't want any one to loose confidence because of these dumb lawyer. I am used to this but these guys are new and they need reassurance . . They agrred.

Then I came home in god mood wanted to talk to my husband and my BIL pick fight with me . Subject Miss America .

Glad to know the case was dismissed- that's not a surprise. You guys deserve a monetary compensation from this lawyer! But I guess an apology will have to do.

Oh yes . Judge order to pay for my two days and our lawyers fee. How did I forget this ?

I hate when resident go thorough this mess. I took them with me ( both days ) because brain surgeries are now targeted in PA . Lots if Jewish lawers . I wanted them to develop public speaking skills and develop confidence in work . Otherwise these bas***ds will ruin us .

I will write you PM on our fight . It's family matter. I don't care if other two know it . I will tell them but Stalker should be entertained .
