Stop the Ekta Bashing

On the many sites that we all use to watch our favourite dramas there has been some serious Ekta Kapoor Bashing and I for one, am not going to stand by and watch it happen. I understand that some of the people do not like what's going on with Bade Acche Laggte Hain, with Priya & Ram's separation, and her underground trip to Dubai, however with that being said, I don't understand how Ekta is responsible. Ekta is the CEO of Balaji Telefilms, she does not write the scripts for the shows. She isn't even one of the creative directors to blame her for the tune of the show.

As for the underground trip to Dubai, are you seriously judging Hindi Serials by that standard? We're talking about a community of shows that kill off and bring back characters to life on a daily basis, if the underground trip to Dubai is your biggest concern, you shouldn't be watching dramas.

Also, Ekta Kapoor & Balaji Telefilms have produced all 5 of Asia's biggest shows, there is obviously a reason that everyone knows the work that she produces, because she really is the best in the business. Have faith in her shows, I mean look at Pavitra Rishta - they're doing well aren't they? Especially after all the crap Manav & Archana have been through?
