Ok Guys. Here is the most awaited part of any FF I guess. I hope I am able to do justice. Do give your comments.

Chapter 98 - Shaadi
11th March 6:00 PM
Maan came down the stairs dressed in a mehndi colour sherwani and golden churidaar and matching dupatta. His one look could make any girl weak and even middle aged ladies swooned seeing at his site.
He came down and his cousin sister's husband came forward to set his golden color sehra. An emerald broche with feather was placed in front of the sehra and a sword was tied to his waist
Next Maan bent down to take blessing from Juhi as she covered him with her pallu. He straightened after that and Annie did his arti before he set out for wedding.
Everybody sat in cars to drive to a place km away from Taj Grounds. There was a white horse waiting for Maan there and baraat started from the point towards the hotel with Maan on horse and his near and dear ones dancing to the band.
As they reached the venue, Raj and Nisha came forward. Nisha did his aarti again and then panditji started rasam of khet. (It is a formal welcome of the groom done by bride's father and brother). Raj and Rahul sat along with Maan as panditji guided them through.
Maan was escorted to the stage all set for the wedding and for the first time Maan took in the presence of his surroundings. This was a special wedding which was being covered extensively by media. Invitees included many eminent personalities both national and foreign. From world famous doctors to some prominent businessmen were invited. Security was very tight as prime minister and home minister were on the invitee list along with the president.
Whole ground was covered with exquisite decorations and lights. Beautifully decorated tables had been set near to the stage. There was a dance floor and food arrangements on one side with an open bar.
But Maan waited anxiously for his bride to arrive. Every second seemed like an hour to him and after what seemed like an eternity he saw her walking slowly towards him on the petal laden path as shenai sounded in the background.

Geet was clad in a gajri shade of pink (mix of pink and carrot red) lehnga with a gold thread work over the entire lehnga. Border was made out of pure zari and small diamontes had been sewn in throwing rainbow light around her. She was wearing heavy kundan and ruby jewelry and held a heavy rose garland in her hand. She walked slowly looking down flanked by Pari, Annie and Pinky.
Maan could not tear away his gaze as he saw his angel walking towards him. Geet looked so beautiful that Maan felt dizzy for a moment as his heart thudded loudly and he forgot to breath. Media surrounded her and they could not have enough photographs of the most beautiful bride they had seen. Slowly Geet reached the stage and stood in front of Maan. She shyly raised her eyes to look at the handsome man who was her entire world and was looking at her with pure love. She could not hold her eyes and looked down again as red color fanned her cheeks.

They didn't even realize when their entire family reached there and a garland was placed in Maan's hand as well. Pari and Pinky nudged Geet to put her garland in Maan's neck. As Geet raised her hand, Adi and Annie pulled Maan behind. After two tries Geet looked at Maan with pleading eyes. Her lehnga was so heavy and with all the jewelry she was not able to do much. Next time when she tried, Maan stiffened his shoulder so that Adi and Annie could not pull him and Geet managed to put varmala. People clapped as Annie pouted - "Uffo Bhai…this was your last chance ab to waise bhi saari umar bhabhi ki hi sunni hai". But Maan just smiled and gazed lovingly at his bride. Today he could not deny her anything.

Maan then raised his hand to put the garland but Rahul lifted Geet in his lap. Maan just stood his ground till Rahul finally placed her down and hurriedly put in the varmala. Everyone clapped and camera men blinded the stage with multitude of flashes to capture the most beautiful pair together.
Maan and Geet sat on the stage as visitors came to wish them and give their blessings. Maan took an opportunity to caress Geet's hand lightly now and then. When he got the chance, he leaned in and whispered for her ears only "Mishti….you look very beautiful today….actually there are no words to describe….Even in my dreams you were not that beautiful a bride as you are today….I love you Jaan and welcome to my life"
Geet blushed hard as his words of love. She could just muster enough courage to say "I love you too Maan and I will not even try to describe how you look today."
Maan just smiled at his shy wifey…..he loved the mere thought of calling her wifey….yes his darling wifey.
As the night progressed, guests dwindled and only close friends and family remained to witness the pheras. Pari, Annie and Pinky escorted the couple to dinner table where entire family sat as they fed each other.
After dinner, Maan left for the room where some other rasams were to happen before actual wedding ceremony. Meanwhile Geet was taken to another room where she changed into the traditional wedding attire of red saree with golden drops. This was the same saree which Juhi had given her at the engagement.
12th March 2:00 AM
Geet was escorted to the mandap where Maan was already waiting for her. Juhi placed the chunri over her head. Annie came forward and as groom's sister, tied chunri's one end to Maan's dupatta. Panditji started the ceremony with chants.

Raj came forward and placed Geet's hand in Maan's hand. Then, he placed a paan leaf and a flower on top and placed his hand doing the kanyadaan. Pandit explained the meaning of seven wows and both Maan and Geet got up to do pheras holding their hands. With each step of the seven rounds around the fire, both walked into a new life full of promise of love, trust and care for an eternity…for seven next lives together.
At the end, they both sat again. Juhi forwarded a sindoor dabbi and a silver coin. Maan dipped the coin in sindoor taking little on the coin. He then leaned towards Geet, lifting her maang tikka, filled her parting with sindoor on the coin. A little bit fell on her nose and everyone whistled showering them with flower petals. Maan wiped off the excess sindoor with his finger as Geet shuddered with his mere touch. Maan took the mangalsutra next and placed it around her neck finally making them each other's forever.

Annie and Nisha took the newly wedded couple towards some token games they had arranged. Only thought thundering through Maan's mind was – "I am married….finally Geet is my wife!!!! I love you Mishti and I promise from today that your every pain, every desire, every need, every dream is mine"
Geet's thoughts were not very different – "All my dreams seem to have come true….every need and desire seems fulfilled…..every pain has vanished….now there is nothing more I can ask Babaji….because now whatever he gives I have my Maan with me to share it with me"
They came out of their thoughts as a bowl full of milk was placed in front of them. Annie dipped the ring inside the bowl and Pinky spread rose petals on top.
Annie – "Come on Bhabhi…find the ring first…anyways you are going to have upper hand always…Bhai can never refuse you anything"
Maan was exasperated – "Are yeh kya hai…tu abhi se Bhabhi ki party mein hai"
Annie made a baby face – "main to humesha se hi Bhabhi ki party mein thi"
Maan just shook his head as he dipped his hand in the bowl. Geet also put her hands and she felt a jolt passing through her as her fingers touched Maan's under the milk. They looked at each other and Maan could not help but smirk a little whereas Geet just blushed. They parted their fingers and searched for the ring. Maan found it but then he slowly passed it to Geet under the milk. Geet smiled at his gesture and took out the ring. Everybody cheered. Rishab – "Yeh to hone hi wala tha….yeh to hai hi iska gulaam"
Next Maan tried to open Geet's kangana with one hand and was having great difficulty. Finally he bent down and used his teeth to prise it open. Everybody cheered Geet as she started to open Maan's kangana and there was whistling and clapping as she easily opened it using her nails.
Maan just shrugged his shoulders as Rishab whacked his head slightly.
