First and foremost, thanks a lot for all your lovely comments, not only for last update but also understanding my work pressure. I apologize but next week or so is going to be quite hectic. I will try my best to give you as many updates as possible but no promises.

I liked the fact that most of you loved Las Vegas as Honeymoon destination. I am myself very attached to this city. This city got me back in the stride after more than 6 months of depression; I suffered after loosing my baby in a miscarriage. My hubby took me to Vegas and asked me to enjoy for 5 days as his B'day gift. Needless to say I was in a very bad shape emotionally and this trip got me my life back.

The facts below are mentioned based on 2003 so sorry if something is incorrect. Also, I may have carried away mentioning all the details about different hotels and activities. Please let me know if it got confusing or boring.

Last but not least, I got a very important feedback that there is not much story in these updates which are completely focused on Maaneet moments. I agree that last few updates and coming ones too will be just happy Maaneet updates. Please let me know if you feel it is getting stagnating and I can accelerate to zoom to drama and story intense chapters. Please be frank as I respect your views and I will try to go with majority.

Chapter 103 – Honeymoon Day 1/2

14^th March 6:00 PM

After a refreshing nap and slight snacks, Maan took Geet to the main foyer of hotel. Geet wore a knee length summer dress while Maan was dressed casual in khaki pants and polo. They walked hand in hand towards the centre where a huge replica of St Marks Square had been created.

Geet was awed at the replica as it almost looked real with a canal flowing around it. There were bridges over the canal and gondolas floated in the canal with gondola riders singing in Italian.

There was quite a hustle bustle in the square with live performance arts. Square was lined with small shops selling glass and Italian antiquities. For a moment it felt as if they were actually transported to Italy.

Maan pointed at the roof which actually looked like clear blue sky with white clouds floating– "You know Geet this roof is one of its first. It gives an illusion that you are actually outside. It doesn't matter what time you come her…afternoon or late night, it always seem it is an evening or night in Venice and they manage it by this roof and light. They even control the air to recreate the breeze and smell you will feel in reality."

They took a gondola ride in the canal where in the rider sang for them. Maan kissed her lightly as Geet blushed at his display of affection in public. Maan noticed her red cheeks and showed her the couple in a gondola front of them who were kissing each other oblivious to their setting. Maan chuckled as Geet blushed even harder and hid her face in his shoulder linking her arms with his. Their Gandola driver started to sing a soft Italian song. Though they could not understand the words, Geet felt goosebumps over her arms as the romantic music hit her ears. Maan wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her even closer, brushing her hair with his lips.

After the ride, they stood at one of the bridge holding their hands lost in their little romantic world. Maan would peck her now and then as Geet just sighed with a slight smile playing at her lips and hanged around him sometimes in his arms and sometime around his neck. There was no need of words as they felt romance pulsating in their veins.

Later in the night, they stepped outside. Weather had cooled down as they walked across the Strip enchanted by bright lights and various performances. Even late in the night, city throbbed with excitement and there was no measure of time.

It was two in the night by the time they reached back after dinner and a good game of blackjack. They were very tired after all the walking and snuggled closed to each other, loosing once again to the passion of their love. After their souls felt satiated for time being, both slept off in each other's arms.

15^th March 10:00 AM

Geet got up and stretched her arms leisurely. Her eyes went to the clock and she sat with a jerk – "Hey Babaji….10:00 baj gaye….itni late"

Maan hugged her waist and pulled her back making her fall on his chest – "Come on Mishti….raat bhar tum sone nahi deti aur ab subah subah disturb kar rahi ho"

Geet – "Haawww…Maan mein nahi sone deti….kitna jhooth bolte ho app…khud ek raat bhi nahi chodte…raat kya din kya…aapka bas chale to bas mujhe apne se chipka kar rakhein aur mujhe…."

Geet stopped in midsentence as she realized what she was blabbering. She kept her hand on the mouth as Maan chuckled – "Chup kyon ho gayi Jaan….bolo na…aur kya karta hoon main….hmmm"

Geet was mortified as Maan took her finger and traced scratch marks on his chest – "Yeh wala yaad hai tigress…I was touching you here when you gave it to me"Saying this Maan slid her hand inside her nighty which had hitched to her thighs and traced her bikini line. He then moved her finger to his shoulder where she had bit him. "Yeh wala yaad hai…I was inside you when…."

Geet got crimson red and hastily placed her hand on his mouth. She spoke very softly not meeting his eyes – "Aap bahut besharam ho gaye ho"

Saying this she hid herself in his arms as he took her for another ride into pleasure world murmuring sweet nothings in her ear.

1:00 PM

After a hearty brunch of pasta and wine, Maan took Geet to "New York New York" hotel. There was a huge arcade inside the hotel where they played like small kids. Later they went on the rollercoaster at the hotel. Geet was very scared initially looking at it's height but Maan held her hand as they sat in the taxi cab shaped roller coaster trains.

They had a spectacular view of the replica of the New York harbor, a 150-foot model of the Statue of Liberty as well as several of Manhattan's popular buildings.

The ride began with a steep hill, building great suspense and anticipation. They enjoyed the aerial view of the south end of the Strip before plummeting down in a drop. They screamed their lungs out as the ride continued through the insane loops and inversions including an exhilarating heart line spiral.

After the ride, Geet and Maan felt surprisingly energized and decided to go for another biggie. Maan took her to Stratosphere situated at one end of the strip which housed a roller coaster by name "Big Shot" at the roof of the 100 story hotel building.

Geet's scream died in her throat as she was whisked high in the air at an astounding speed. She felt weightless but forgot to even blink as she was further shocked at the intensity when she was dropped suddenly. After the initial drop, they were bounced up and down again three times.

After "floating" back to the base, both Maan and Geet felt giddy. Geet couldn't stop giggling as they stumbled together holding on to each other. Never before had they felt so carefree and childlike happiness bursted in their heart.

They walked back from Stratosphere on the strip enjoying drinks and snacks on the way. They visited many hotels like Treasure Island and watched an enactment of pirate fight. Crossing hotel Mirage, they admired the Volcano situated outside and also played with dolphins at the Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Later Maan took her to flamingo to show her pink birds.

Geet did loads of shopping for everybody back home from forum shops at Cesar's palace which included great brand names including Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vitton and Burberry

7:00 PM

Geet was very tired with all the walking and shopping and wanted to go back.

Geet – "Maan main bahut thak gayi hoon….sach mein…chaliye na…baad mein raat ko wapis aa jayenge"

Maan – "Jaan….tum ab bhi mera patta kaat dohi aur phir raat ko bhi….bilkul nahi"

Geet rolled her eyes – "Sharam kariye Maan…sach mein…kal raat ko 2:00 baje bhi nahi choda aapne aur subah bhi aur ab…"

She folded her hands on her chest – "I am not going anywhere…I am tired aur aap bahut badmaashi karne lage hain"

Maan chuckled – "Utha ke le jaaoon"

Geet was exasperated – "Maan!!!"

Maan – "Acha baba….I have a surprise for you….uske baad pakka hotel challenge"

Geet suddenly got very excited and Maan loved the sparkle in her eyes – "Sachi….kya surprise hai"

Maan just guided her to the connecting Bellagio hotel and took her to the entrance of a cirque de so lei show "O".

Maan – "Last time I could not see it but I have heard a lot about this show.. Waise acha hi hua as I get to share this experience with you."

Geet smiled and hugged Maan tight. She whispered in his ears – "thanks"

They got seated and enjoyed the show depicting pureness and infinity of water. They watched in awe and amazement as mix of acrobats, synchronized swimmers and divers started performing brilliantly in, on, and above water.

Maan was fascinated with Geet's face which displayed an array of changing expression with each act. At the end, Geet got very emotional seeing the highly charged up presentation. Her eyes almost brimmed of tears and her skin tingled. Maan held her hands tight, as she laid her head on his shoulder.

Maan – "Kya hua Geet…itni chup kyon ho"

Geet – "Maan…I have seen theatre before in London while doing MBA but seriously I have never seen anything like this before in my life….I just feel so different….so emotional…so romantic….so happy and sad at the same time."

Maan just smiled and rubbed her arms. They walked back to their hotel and had a

Tuscany dinner.

The called an early night as Maan wanted to start next day early and didn't want to miss out on his passionate Mishti either.
